Why should you be unbanned?:  I haven't been on the server for 2 months or so. Blac just recently came back being active and just remembered I exist and requested I be banned for that reason. His explanation was that I was guilty of "trolling" in the past. I can assume he means minge shit, which I did do a year or two back when I got most of my warns from doing stupid shit. If it's a "toxicity" ban people like WantedNearby and ESPECIALLY Race0pone got respected after being toxic shitters equally or worse than I've ever been and never got even a 1 day ban for "toxicity". I just find it absurd that it's apparently valid to ban someone perma for something they were already punished for more than a year ago when the person hasn't even been active for weeks. I haven't been banned or warned other than that for the entire time I was back other than like 1 warn for some minor mistake I made with a rules change (accidental RDM or some shit). The worst I've done since I was back is shit talk in OOC and a bit of the Rigbe meme shit which went to the extent of just going the Pedobear job like twice. I don't have 50 warns. I haven't doxed or threatened to dox/ddos anyone. I haven't used hacks or exploits ever. I didn't post private or personal shit of anyone. Blacnova just decided to ban me when he came back because he remembered I exist and doesn't like me. Also, "Trolling" is somewhat of a synonym for minging, which I have done before, but is not an instant perma and I was already punished for minging and there is no reason to ban someone twice for the same thing. "NITRP" is just false and normally exists for people with like 3 hours on the server that just join and mass RDM people. I've been on the server for 2 years and have played plenty of hours of actual RP so "No intent at all to RP" is just false. The last bit is an out of context quote from a discussion. I was talking to a friend about my -rep and reputation for being toxic towards people I think are idiots, dicks, corrupt, etc. I said that nowadays I don't actually do anything banworthy and that the staff that hate me wouldn't be able to find an actually valid reason to ban me for any decent length. Someone sent a link to Grape's discord to Blac and he immediately scrolled like 4 months up the history to find some out of context bs on me and quote from it. I was telling a guy about the time my buddy wanted to buy VIP off me and was annoyed with the admins. He proposed the idea of making some garbage report and then locking it to fuck with the staff team. I didn't really care and thought it would be a funny bonus since I was getting my 500K for the VIP perk thing anyway. As for the "art of pissing people off" quote I was referring to how I can literally say anything and I'll get some old staff that doesn't like me screeching about me without an actual valid ban reason. The line after that was "I don't have to say much" and I also said that "I could literally be teaching a new player how chembarrels work and some staff would reee at me.". In context, the whole block of text isn't banworthy, but he used that quote to make it look like I've been deliberately creating every piece of drama on the server or some shit. I'm not a mastermind, I'm not some puppetmaster. I'm blunt and shit talk people I don't like and I have a history of hating certain staff. If you want to perma me, actually do that shit when I'm breaking a real rule instead of some discord drama bs. If saying stupid shit out of context on discord or posting garbage was perma serverside, people who are perma'd on the forums and perfectly fine on discord and server don't make much sense to me. I mean, there have been people that spam PM people horse porn and have fucking actual CP, not rigbe meme lulzpedo shit, ACTUAL CHILD PORN and just get forum banned. I'm sure Blacnova posted screenshots of the conversation he got with no context and used as justification, and I'm sure he will post them again in this report. I am more than happy to provide context and explain what actually happened. All of his "arguments" are just garbage out of context screencaps and screeching about shit I already got punished for years ago.

 

Who banned you? Big Heart, but the ban was requested by Blacnova out of nowhere when he came back.

Evidence: Not really false in the traditional sense of "Oh I didn't actually RDM" or "Oh I didn't actually NLR" since I didn't break any actual in server rules in front of an admin. I can post the screenshots of the out of context discord conversation, but most of it was in voice and we only went to text after the discord US-East VOIP server shit itself and made us not able to hear eachother.
