Peaceful protests+PD. rep

I think there should be peaceful protest which is like like a revolt, but no cp die, it'd also add in a PD rep system, all peaceful protesters are kos to CP, and the longer the peaceful protest is, the lesser the rep is, the more are murdered, the quicker tension and the probability of a spontaneous revolt(A revolt that lasts only 3 minutes but there is no leader) rises, the only way to avoid the protest is do as they say, only if it is logical like revolt reasons, and if the rep is too low, the mayor may be instantly demoted with the !unfun command.
