Who banned you? Slick Evidence: I don't have any evidence because I wasn't expecting to be banned, so I'll just list the sequence of events. 1. Downloaded base dupe online 2. Came into gmod to see if it worked 3. Wow it worked! Also someone just got kidnapped 4. As a thief, I raid the kidnappers base, kill him, and set the hostage free. 5. Go swimming with my friends at the creek. 6. Oh no! I'm banned!? 7. Write this appeal Obviously, Since I could be lying, We'll need the admin who banned me to come forward. The unban time is one month ago. Wait what..? For one, this wouldn't be a permanent ban. Two, here is a screenshot of your ban. It's obviously not permanent. Like I said in shoutbox, this ban page bug usually happens out of no where. It is always best to make sure both parties are present during a sit. Thus, the player who has been banned will make a ban appeal usually. I did this one time and was told to not do so by an Admin. If someone isn't present on the server, you kind of...cannot have them both at the sit. We call this "LTAP," or leave to avoid punishment. I would've hoped an ex-staff would know this. Slick, what did you see/what complaint was made to make you think this was RDM? No KOS job pairs (e.g. Pissed Baby, Pedophile). Jolly also said he wasn't in a base at the time, so it couldn't have been a raid. We can't go off of word alone especially if the other person is not even capable of giving theirs. It proves someone was kidnapped and that I broke into the house and killed them. You can at least check to see if he was telling the truth before you go on a whim and ban someone.
