I was a cultist with 2 friends and we were consistently getting RDA'd and RDM'd. 1 Person in particular by the name of Lil Bitez (Originally but he was changing his name so much I don't know it currently) had a KOS sign even though they aren't aloud. He was killing me every time I left spawn (as a cop) and every time I went out of my base. Reasoning with him with near impossible as he would refuse to talk and kill me and my 2 friends. He would put hits on me (false hits) every time i re spawned for no reason. It was becoming un-fun as it was near impossible to RP. Eventually I started killing him back as it was the only way to walk around the city without dying. Finally, outside my base I shot him and he asked why, I said you know why and logged off in anger. Secondly if no staff was on then how did Peanut banned you if he had just gotten on as soon as you shoot that player and D/C, since if there is no report against you and he cannot see logs when before he got on then how did he get you with that type of ban. I have to go to the store first but when I get back I'll check my evidence folder for that day and see what happened on my end. You do basically admit to the charges, so it's probably gonna be left up to the voting system for the appeal.
