The admin's reason for banning me was essentially that my name came up a lot in the logs, but in actuality all the kills were accrued in a 4 hour time period and were justifiable. Who banned you? Mr.Penut Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 +1 for unban. I was the blood's leader during these gang wars and can confirm everything was done legally. Myself, Papi, and a few other bloods were (legally through the NPC) in a gang war for a duration of about 4 hours and were just going at it. Understandably, some people did get caught in crossfire, but we made sure to apologize to the people as well as to the admins who pulled us into a sit. Eventually, our kills started racking up, and by the end of the time period we had 100+ kills. I think crossfire is going to happen when gang wars happen but I know for certain none of us were intentionally trying to RDM non-crips and only wanted to engage in some healthy role play. We weren't doing our killings around spawn and made sure to move far away before engaging. I think everything was legal and if the admin wanted us to stop killing in crossfire, which we were already trying not to do, he could have just told us to stop the gang war and disable the NPC. We were pulled in a sits multiple times over the 4 hour period, but every single time except the last the admin was understanding and knew we didn't mean any harm. I honestly think papi did nothing wrong and should be unbanned. I know him personally and he is too new to this game to have taken screenshots of console. All of that information can be obtained by searching through the log database. Also, the people who were joining in WERE pulled into sits, as they were being reported by other players for RDM. Papi Hydro had no need to report them since they were already being handled. He was just returning fire. They were engaging on us first -- we had to defend ourselves. When I was pulled into a sit with one of them, the admin on duty allowed that specific non-gang affiliated member to be apart of our gang war. That, of course, was over voice chat, so there is no physical evidence of that happening. I don't remember who the exact staff member was, but I will go through the staff list and try to remember. You were reported by more than one person, and all of these were within the same minute, or minutes of each other. If there was more of a consistency with Crips being killed then other players, maybe I would believe you. Cross-fire is okay, but Cross-firing multiple people is on you, and will be punished as such. If other people were in on it, cut yourself some slack, and take it to the RDM Zone. I do believe you were in some sort of war, however you killed well over more than is okay.
