iTz Bato� Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 Your Steam Name: iTz Bato Your ingame name: iTzBato Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/iTzBato Why were you banned?: For Mass RDM as a Swat Why should you be unbanned?: I Was watching A Thief chase someone and try to mug, while i was approaching him, he shot the other guy in the face and killed him, i proceed to pull out the handcuffs and attempt arrest him, he jumped free pulled a weapona nd i shot first and killed him, while i was walking away , i guess "his friend" starting shooting at me and obviously i went after, thats assault an officer, and while shooting him down the alley, a guy ran in the bullet in died plus i killed the friend that shot me. so i did accidently kill 1 guy but the other 2 asked for, and ima cop thats what i do. protect. Who banned you? Vexxy Evidence: My evidence is the vod, i hear u can watch playbacks of what happened, just watch and see how it happened i didnt mass RDM i was being attacked and was self defending. You guys seems to ban me alot for no reason, it gets mad annoying but like the server is so good, the staff needs work ALOT tho. Azria Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 So You were, just shooting people down because you saw them shoot someone? instead you could've taken actions to arrest them instead of just gunning them down. Then You implied that a friend came over and started shooting you, If that was really the case before you were jailed you killed one person, then another. Then 404 Came over and said you also killed said user. Either way You did just state you did rdm one person and imply another was shooting you for no reason. I can reduce to three days. However Im feeling Generous and giving you a 12 hour ban since you did techically catch someone with some bullet storm. Did you check damage logs to see what the other guys were doing? Did you see if they damaged him at all? I think the 12 hour reduction is more than fair but, if what he said is actually what went down, I'm for a unban. I can totally see how it might look like mass rdm if he did not successfully cuff at least one person.. iTz Bato� Posted April 6, 2018 Author Share Posted April 6, 2018 I was a Swat Chief. that was my role. and Vexxy i did nothing wrong dude. if u read it i did go for an arrest and he was jumping around, pulled on me and i killed him first, he did shoot me i just didnt die and killed him first cuz i had armor. bro like i did my role and what i was suppose to do. Did you see if they damaged him at all? As far as i know, after it all happened, i was teleported to a weird map in jail. not 1 word said to me and after about 30 seconds i got banned. YoooooABear Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 This looks like a shitload of confusion. If you did indeed attempt to cuff them and only one was crossfire that is not a 7 day ban. Maybe a warn for RDM at max (from the crossfired Guy). If it is true that the sit only lasted like 30 seconds then Vexxy should have at least listened to your side of the story. I do understand the confusion on Vexxy’s part though since we get a TON of mass RDMers on cop classes. As of now I am +1 for unban. You, unlike many others, also handeled the appeal very professionally and in a respectful manner. For that I also commend you.
