Why were you banned?: Permaban for propabusing

Why should you be unbanned?: I put a prop at the gate of the admin land or whatever you call it, and tried to get through the gate this way.  I never actually went through but Walter saw my trying to do it and jailed and banned me immediately. I never did the act, and there was no harmful intent, just to reach my friend Cynthia. Keep in mind that the action was never performed and nothing important was going on. It was very clear that there was no malicious intent, and I wasn't even given a chance to speak. I may be a pretty shitty person and a dickhead on the server, but I don't break rules

Just so there is no confusion, you spawned in a prop, nocollided it, stuck it into the door, sat on it, deleted the prop, and attempted to glitch through for several seconds before I jailed you and questioned you.

To correct you, the door is already nocollided to props, and I didn't delete it, Cynthia on the other side did. And there was no questioning.

No, it all happened in a matter of seconds. If I knew I was going to be permabanned instantly I would have started recording.

You're not a new player and should know better and you have been known to minge. Even Cynthia thinks you are a dummy dumb right now. If I were you I would just admit to the mistakes, apologize for them, and hope for the best.

Just from looking in chat on my end it does look like the jail and ban were very close to each other. What kind of questioning happens in te span of time that I could send 1 message with and herb responds then Smerexy is banned?

 

Also this is my opinion but if he was exploiting into Cynthias base and Cynthia wanted/was fine with it what harm was it doing to the server and it's players? As a character witness I can also say that it feels like walter does this type of thing to people he doesn't like, for example when I got back cr0w was talking how he was warned or something for micspamming "mingy sounds" when walter himself usually micspams a reverb of ingame sounds with what I could only describe as a cancer filter which in my opinion is very hypocritical.

 

Overall don't exploit and the proper punishment guidelines state "If caught exploiting the punishment will vary depending on how much of an advantage the exploiter gains." and in this case the advantage Smerexy was gaining was getting to his friend who was (im assuming) ok with it. Not much of an advantage

Cynthia never stated he was okay with it, and I was standing next to him for about 3 minutes after the ban. It was also an admin/event area that he was exploiting into, and not a base.

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about with cr0w. Could you provide more information? Not once in the entirety of TitsRP have I warned anybody for the content of their micspam.

 

I'm afraid your post is very unclear. Please post some supporting details, maybe some evidence as I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

#freesmerexy i see nothing that smerexy gained by exploiting into admin land, not like there was a million on the ground in there. at the most it should ben 7 days.
