Jacket Posted March 30, 2018 Share Posted March 30, 2018 Your Steam Name: Jacket Your ingame name: Jacket Biker Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_1:1:119176343 Why were you banned?: RDM, revenge RDM, RDM in a sit Why should you be unbanned?: first of all, RDM ? the logs clearly shows that i bought the last chem barrel before "the one that claimed that i RDMed him" death! secondly, how is it revenge RDM, when he broke NLR and came back with his friends to kill me after less than a minute from his death! thirdly, RDM in sit ? how is that even possible ? i equipped my "medicinal vape" to heal some of my missing HP, and i have an axe equipped that i was using to get some wood, and i accidentally pressed the axe instead of the vape, and i apologized for it, but he kept saying "ATTEMPT RDM" lastly, i'm sorry for leaving the server, my Game crashed for no reason, and i never intended to break any kind of rule and you never heard my side of the story, you kept ignoring me and listening to him saying some none sense, even though he had broken most of the rules Who banned you? Context: Both were chemical barrel farming, one stole a barrel from the other according to their story (hard to check since both picked up barrels through a long timespan) but I tried comparing death stamps to chem barrels and it looked like one steal attempt and that was it. Flaming goes back to chem farming, gets killed(rdm part). Jacket claims NLR, makes a sit. I pull both into sit, heated discussion starts and I explain that I see two deathlogs and a lot of barrel pickup logs from both sides. Jacket starts being offensive, walks up to flaming, hits him with an axe then claims he was trying to get out his vape. Logs show 60 damage had been done to flaming with the axe but I forgot to make a screen of that. Flaming calls out RDM attempt in sit in which I agree but it also looked a bit like revenge rdm because of the heated discussion so I added that too, I gave him a cooldown of 6 hours to ease down. Flaming calls out RDM attempt in sit in which I agree but it also looked a bit like revenge rdm because of the heated discussion so I added that too, I gave him a cooldown of 6 hours to ease down. well, the real story is: i went there to get some wood, i saw Flame and his barrel, i see him take the last barrel he had and leave, i think to my self "well, he sure had enough ill try to get some while i can" i buy a barrel, it's finished, i go to pick it up, than he comes back "flame" and Takes "MY" filled chem barrel and i tell him to give it because it's mine not his, he starts to run, I take out my gun and BANG BANG, he dies, he starts calling me RDMer and stuff, i don't believe him, because i know the truth i know that it was my barrel not his, so he respawns and comes back to the place that i killed him in, starts shooting at me with his friends " i don't know who they are!" and i kill them all, than i report him for breaking the new life rule "NLR" and suddenly i'm the one that broke every rule that any human could, i get blamed even though my side of story never been told because of "FLAME"s cries i think i have seen people who GOT RDMed and went back to the RDMer just to ask them why did they kill him! and they still got banned for breaking NLR Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/8078-false-ban-false-claims/#findComment-57066 Share on other sites More sharing options...

(Unless someone changed a rule) Also you are lucky you got such a short ban anyway, it could have been a week.
