Here is my side of the story:

 

There was a user named "sethchingus". He was continuously harassing me and calling me vulgar names in voice chat. This went on for quite a while. Finally, I said what I said in OOC because I was annoyed. I did not dox him, nor did I threaten him with violence.

In this type of situation, here is some things that you should've / could've done:

 

1. Call a staff member
   
2. Report on the forums
   
3. Leave the game
   

 

If there was no staff on, then you could've done these things:

 

1. Vote kick / vote ban with a valid reason
   
2. Report on the forums
   
3. Or possibly leave the game
   

Instead of doing any of these things, you just went out of your way and took it to OOC and made pretty dumb remarks towards the person which led to you being banned. Besides you just doing any of the things I listed, you decided to go for a more harmful approach for yourself. 

 

You shouldn't had said the things you said, and you should know that. If you are given a second chance, that is fine, if you can keep what you say to yourself. But if you aren't given another chance, then take it as a lesson.

2. Play a different game,
   
3. Ignore him,
   
4. Warn him in-game to leave you alone, and if he didn't stop, then you could've killed him,
   
5. and more and more.
   

Doesn't give you an excuse to say that stuff.

This is my favorite server, I'm not going to stop doing what I want to do because this guy was being a douche. I wasn't going to leave and play a different game or server because of this. So, I said something that was unfavorable. I already admit that. That's not the point of this at all. If I were to kill him, how would that stop him?

Haley, I give you props for being honest. You didn't lie and try to say it didn't happen, you said yeah I did it and I did it because I was annoyed. 

For your honesty and effort + heavy community support & lack of response from the reporting player I will lift your ban. You seem like you make a mistake and you owned up to it. 

I can't speak for Walter on the Dox claims so I don't know if there is some information we're not aware of, but regarding your ban from me it will be lifted.

I extended your ban because he asked if one should occur and stated you made personal threats against another player along with a threatened personal data leak/dox. I apologize if this turned out to be untrue, I only knew as much as I was told. Enjoy your time on TitsRP and I apologize for the confusion.
