Was going to the bank when I saw piklas and a bunch of people waiting outside of the door. Immediately knew what was gnna happen so I took out my weapon and waited. Piklas started the heist and started shooting, I shot him down.

Vagina smeller runs in and guns me down without having advertised heist, calls out that he killed me because of piklas being his party member, then proceeds to call out the heist advert. Kind of fishy but okay its allowed.

 

One respawn later I saw people dragging bags towards the launderer, piklas came to the launderer as well and called me out for nlr, the fuck tho. He's sitting there  with the bankmanager, look at the screenshots.

They were dragging the bags and money came out ofcourse. I saw my chance to steal some cash, I don't think this is nlr because I found out about the bags at that moment and saw cash coming out at that moment.

Piklas tried to make a sit and muffin contacted me that he could not take it because it would seem to be biased. Don't know if he contacted piklas too but he tried to get other staff to do the sit. Piklas apparently did not want to wait and banned me for nlr. Not even a warn or something, immediately bans me while he's sitting on the chair next to me.

Edit: piklas probably has video footage, I am sure I did nothing wrong and even told him what I was doing and howmuch of a hypocrite he seemed for standing next to me saying that I had nlr'd.

Edit2: It looked like a premade heist since the banker was located in the industrial right next to the evelator.

Edit3: A word from the bankmanager: Its mostly the compact space making it harder to move around for raids n such. I also take the way that it is set out sometimes does no fit my image but I work on it, It's not mostly for the purpose of the launderer. The people that had raid me are friends but we take it to roleplay I pick many different places to try something new It's not for my friends to win, Its just to be in rp we stay out of parties and discord, so it's unexpected.

I can back him up on this, I didn't want to take the sit and have a biased sit so I asked Speedy Rebel to take the sit. He was afk and came back about 5 minutes after Piklas banned Too Salty and North. I feel as if Piklas should have had a bit more patience in the matter and not banned 2 people because he was impatient. I was also in the middle of another sit when Piklas banned salty. Also the second screenshot about the premade heist was taken by me, because I felt as if something fishy was going on based on North's screenshot of Piklas and the Bank Manager sitting beside eachother. It looks bad on Piklas' part as well as Rememe's but if they were just "Roleplaying" not much can be done.

I sent 3 sits in a decent amount of time and I was seeing clear rulebreaks without seeing staff doing anything during the time i sent my sits so i assumed the staff were afk and banned. I did the same to too salty as the staff were not responsive to my calls, now if bear muffin was ignoring my sits with the last one saying something in the likes of "after this im going to assume you aren't here" he could have pmed me or told me to forum report instead etc. I had no way of konwing any staff were there so I used my respected powers to ban what I saw was rulebreakers

You had all the chance in the world to take care of the Too salty guy as far as i know but decided to ignore that too in either an attempt to trick me that you were afk or just ignoring what I saw as a ddos threat to another player on the server, When his friend said they were joking in ooc i also asked in ooc for staff to unban his steamid to no response. I had no way of knowing you were there and now im being reported saying you wre there just lurking when stuff was going on that was potentially seroius in terms of the server.

You're literally saying you would be biased and you're sending a biased response to the forum report too.

Actually I was in the middle of a sit with Lost Kitty while you called your sit on North, and no one called a sit on Too Salty, you just talked in the admin chat, although I have no screenshots of it Im sure an admin or mod can pull up chat logs, so I was not ignoring sits if you thought I was afk or something you could have PMed me, I even said in the admin chat that I wasnt going to take your sit because of how biased it could be. I have made it a rule to never take my own sits or people I am friends with, because it makes people mad on both sides.

Hold on I have one thing to add, you know Piklas can't see or talk in admin chat right? He's not staff.

And Griffin i'm pretty sure Piixel said not to close these since they are up for debate.
