Just wanna add 2 things

1. you said that was your first time basing there but I witnessed you base there on multiple occasions and had around 3 reports come in about it of people complaining you're blocking off the NPC

and 2. you said I only reported you because you blew my stuff up but no, I reported you because you were loopholing your own rules, and that's why Sugar gave you a strike for it.

No hate towards you, just wanna clear things up.

This is 100% false and I will swear under the oath of all that I've never based there, at least as I can recall in the past 2-3 months.

I do apologize as I know realize that basing here was wrong, I simply wish I was told instead receiving an automatic report.

^ I think the reason he's upset is because you're a high up and respected rank so you should already know this. I'm not trying to speak for him but I think he just doesn't wanna see a respected admin breaking their own rules that they swore to follow

Obviously you can't block off an alleyway that 1. leads to a door to the sewers 2. has an npc there but its understandable how nlr makes for desperate measures (I've consistently raided bank managers over the past 3 days and kept track, 100% of my raids end up in some sort of nlr). My only question is if 3 staff and presumably more online someone could be on the lookout for nlring players instead of basing in an area where you shouldn't be basing. 2 wrongs do not make a right.

I personally think Blacnova does not intentionally break rules, just look at how much he plays and that is an indicator that with all the common sense in the world not some slip-ups will happen. Also with the fact that lower staff members are too scared to take action because he is a big bad admin gives him a bubble where he might not think something is wrong when it is generally agreed that it is until a report goes up. My example of this is the day before the rule was changed to where you have to advert heist to raid the bank Blacnova was telling people they have to do it and no staff members brought that up when the rules were very clear, it ended up with me as respected calling it out in ooc and Blacnova acknowledging he was wrong and accordingly did not do the same thing again.

I simply wish I was told instead receiving an automatic report.

Please just tell me if you think I've done something dumb.

I try not to, but if you see that I have, just tell me.

I agree with this but the only thing is he should be telling us our wrongs not the other way around.

Could you edit your format in the area reasons you are reporting you are reporting to actually state the specific reason for this report? Other then the points of Blacnova has multiple complaints and breaks rules
