I Explained this to Admin (RARE Piklas) said I was mass RDMing. I asked for a warning but he Banned Me for 7 days. I could reduce it to 5 days but it was a 7 day since you refused to believe it was RDM. Continuously killing him every time you see him because he exists is definitely RDM. This was apparently explained to you. Our punishment guidelines are also publicly available and it states that mass RDM, intentional or otherwise, defaults to a 7d ban. "If the player is RDMing for false reasons and is asked to stop (ex: Revolution is over but still killing CP) the ban should result in a 6 hour - 24 hour ban depending on the player's attitude" "Mass RDM intentional or not can default to a one week ban." Im a one time offender for god sakes 7 day ban for not even RDM'ing on purpose is way to damn strict. I was not rude during the sit at all. I like your server very much however I work 2 jobs only can play on weekends really and being banned for 7 days is stupid come on. anyone else think thats an abuse of power. I play by the rules made a mistake should have received a warning PERIOD. Was not rude in any way until now because the admin who banned me took shit way to seriously. I have 0 WARNINGS. COME ON FOR FUCKING SAKE! if i am not unbanned and have to do the 7 days I will just look for another server sadly. Can someone do something please this is a huge abuse of power i dont care what this dude is gonna keep saying. yea the admin said it was RDM so im supposed to take the 7 day ban for an accident. seriosuly some people shouldnt be givin power because this a is a huge mis use of it even after i explained the admin didnt give a shit. You see the admins reply to my post. because i refused to admit it was RDM he gave me an extra 2 days. Clearly i expalined I misunderstood the rule of being a bounty. Stepped outside my base he was camping outside I managed to kill him still. I misunderstood the rules I thought the Bounty stayed on me until death. I have had other Bounty hunters keep coming after me until I Died in the past. so by experince I thought that was how it worked. Huge misunderstanding. I had a really nice sinper rifle on me I was afraid to lose it so i killed him a few more times. unfortunitly the admin didnt care. didnt even use his mic my sit was no longer then 2 minutes. I could understand a warning or at the most 1 day ban but a 7day ban is preposterous. This is an easy cut dry case here. Made a mistake 7 day ban is damn long I dont have time for all that I work 2 jobs and would like to play when i can. which is TODAY AND TOMORROW! thats it.... please do something about this im not going to stop bugging admins until someone with common sense can see this is doing too much. was this admin like bullied his whole life or what.. he didnt even care after i explained that i misunderstood and of course im gonna keep saying i didnt MASS RDM because that was not my intention. adding 2 day longer to my sentance is straight bullshit. what an abuse of power. I get that you work two jobs, and can only come on at very specific times, I live the exact same life. That however does not excuse you or make you exempt in any way to the standards with which we police the server. Your saying that the fact that you misunderstood a rule should exempt you from the punishment decided upon by the staff for such an offense is asinine. We treat instances of mass anything with the same punishment regardless of intent or prior citations. This meaning; it is of no consequence to the staff member handling your infraction how long you've been playing, how upstanding of a societal member you are, or how many warns you have. An infraction that meets or exceeds three instances of a rule broken is labeled as "mass" and carries a ban time of seven days regardless of the reasons listed above. No, you should not be unbanned for your misunderstanding, arguably given your attitude following the response from the banning staff member you should not even be given the opportunity to have your ban shortened to five days. If you wish to seek out another server rather than wait out the ban timer then I'm sorry, but that makes little to no difference to us, in fact the threat of your leaving only serves to prove how little this ban appeal should matter. -1 for unban or ban shortening.
