i was banned from a salty trial mod

mr peanut butter i agree with you, rdm in a sit is completely unacceptable. however we wernt in a sit. they were in my base just sitting in there not doing anything. i asked them to leave multiple multiple times and they didnt even move. i proceeded to kill him because he wouldnt leave.

 

After i killed him is when i was brought to a sit (jailtp)

 

 

The rules you broke warranted a Ban for 24 hours which in most of the mods eyes is a very mild ban. Others would've had you gone longer and stacked the NLR claim against you and tacked on exploiting just to get you off the server with how your additude was. However I'd like to think I'm fair with everyone for the most part you. Screaming disrespecting tmods while we tried to educate you on an issue is NO WAY to handle any situation outside of RP.

 

 

Summery I stick by my banning and I followed all the guidelines supplied to me. However if I am wrong I'd like a mod to PM me in discord/in game to educate me on what I did wrong.

If they teleported to you then it was a sit. You don't get to decide when they leave.

Also if you returned to the site of a raid you died in before it was over, you get to decide nothing because it literally says in the MOTD you can be nowhere near that area.

I raided you with a couple other people. 

 

We got to yoru Processor room and noticed they were invincible and between the Tmods/staff it's a known glitch and discussed it with another tmod that since you were being raided and they couldn't be destroyed and would have been destroyed in a normal raid "If they weren't glitched" it was best to delete them. I stayed behind after to explain it with Yena and you continued to disrespect myself and Yena "What's wrong squeakers don't wanna use your mic because you're a squeaker?" Insults like that. 

 

 

You were banned because you disrupted not one but two tmods handling what we saw to be an exploit and I was polite enough to stay behind and explain too you what was going on. Instead you insulted me "Clearly we weren't RPing at the time" and you killed me. When I jailtp'd you, you said "You guys were being assholes and staff abusing and destroying my base so I was being an asshole back" 

 

In my eyes you were very upset I gave you a 24 hour ban because I felt you needed a break from the game and the RDM proved that.

Wow only 24 ban for exploiting and being disrespectful, you went pretty easy on him since I've seen people be banned for exploiting from a week to perma banned on the server depending on the exploit.

 

Honestly, I didn't see him as perposely exploiting I've seen situations like this happen often enough to know when someone goes out of their way to exploit and he didn't seem to be doing it intentionally 

 

 

Also what's the point of exploiting it? They raid you get to your printers processors and notice they're invincible? They'll call one of us to do what happened here

 

It'd be an annoying sit but unless I see chat evidence proving he intentionally exploited it or it's said in MOTD for public knowledge not to do something specifically for this kind of situation "Which I didn't" It's an innocent mistake.

 

However I am still a Trial Moderator and if a moderator sees what I did unfit I'd like to be corrected so I can learn from my mistakes thank you.

see they didnt teleport to me. this was just a huge power trip in my personal opinion. i was past the nlr time when i came back and my base was filled with staff deciding what they wanted to do. they even stayed after they destroyed my processors. if it was something that they wanted to explain wouldnt they have left and brought me to a sit? they wernt on duty they were strictly rping. i understand its hard to see what was going on if you wernt there or i didnt provide any proof.

 

And trust me i dont mind taking a break from the server, i just believe that this was power abuse and thats why I got so tilted.
