i was banned from a salty trial mod

Why were you banned?:"RDM You were being an asshole so i killed you" so basically what happened was a couple of trial mods raid me, decide to use staff tools to remove my processors because they cant blow them up. i ask them to leave 4-5 times and they wouldnt. so i proceeded to kill agitator. he then brought me to spawn and said the above.

Why should you be unbanned?:i did absolutely nothing wrong, they tried to say that i was exploiting something that i had no idea was a thing. ive spent 35 hours on this server in the past week, there was no reason for me to be banned other than him being salty.

I raided you with a couple other people. 

 

We got to yoru Processor room and noticed they were invincible and between the Tmods/staff it's a known glitch and discussed it with another tmod that since you were being raided and they couldn't be destroyed and would have been destroyed in a normal raid "If they weren't glitched" it was best to delete them. I stayed behind after to explain it with Yena and you continued to disrespect myself and Yena "What's wrong squeakers don't wanna use your mic because you're a squeaker?" Insults like that. 

 

 

You were banned because you disrupted not one but two tmods handling what we saw to be an exploit and I was polite enough to stay behind and explain too you what was going on. Instead you insulted me "Clearly we weren't RPing at the time" and you killed me. When I jailtp'd you, you said "You guys were being assholes and staff abusing and destroying my base so I was being an asshole back" 

 

In my eyes you were very upset I gave you a 24 hour ban because I felt you needed a break from the game and the RDM proved that.

Agree with you my side of the story is almost the same. I saw them raiding and I knew that the processers couldn't blow up. So I went in there telling them to stop so I could explain whats going on which they did. Then Munkir came back breaking NLR. Me and Agitator were explaining to him why we were gonna remove them and why it is exploiting. Then that when he got mad and started insulting us like Agitator said. So we removed the processers and explained to him again why it was exploiting and we needed to remove them. He kept on insulting us and then RDM Agitator I agree with Agitator on the ban he needed a break.

Wow only 24 ban for exploiting and being disrespectful, you went pretty easy on him since I've seen people be banned for exploiting from a week to perma banned on the server depending on the exploit.

 

Honestly, I didn't see him as perposely exploiting I've seen situations like this happen often enough to know when someone goes out of their way to exploit and he didn't seem to be doing it intentionally 

 

 

Also what's the point of exploiting it? They raid you get to your printers processors and notice they're invincible? They'll call one of us to do what happened here

 

It'd be an annoying sit but unless I see chat evidence proving he intentionally exploited it or it's said in MOTD for public knowledge not to do something specifically for this kind of situation "Which I didn't" It's an innocent mistake.

 

However I am still a Trial Moderator and if a moderator sees what I did unfit I'd like to be corrected so I can learn from my mistakes thank you.

No reason for u to be in hes cage I feel like he should only have been warn for this single NLR

He was Jailtp'd after he killed me and if you read through what I said I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he didn't know. The issue is he killed me when I was explaining too him what the problem was and why we were there talking too him. 

 

He was refusing to listen and just constantly being disrespectful the ban in my opinion was 100% just in this situation. 

 

You shouldn't disrespect anyone outside RP situations that's openly trying to help and educate you on an issue.

I don't really see an issue given that RDM in a sit is intentional and should be no less than a 6 hour ban. 24 hours is fine it could have been 3 days, especially if the disrespect bit is true.

Although I agree with Wavy that this should not be seen as exploiting because he was more than likely unaware of the issue. Next time, just remove the processor or ask a Mod to physgun it away from the wall so it can be destroyed.

mr peanut butter i agree with you, rdm in a sit is completely unacceptable. however we wernt in a sit. they were in my base just sitting in there not doing anything. i asked them to leave multiple multiple times and they didnt even move. i proceeded to kill him because he wouldnt leave.

 

After i killed him is when i was brought to a sit (jailtp)
