It's VERY clear that his emotions got the best of him in this situation if this warrants a demotion "On a first offense" then I know quite a few mods that shouldn't be mod/trial. Emotions shouldn't have got the best of him in a virtual game with virtual currency. I'm gonna have to go neutral as I don't really know Diagonal but from my experience hes mean to me (in an rp way). There are words that shouldnt come out of any mod and those were the worse you could say. Saying "Oh because he's a mod he's required to be perfect" is 100% unrealistic. What you and anyone with this mind set need to understand is yes he does have a job to do as a mod and yes he should conduct himself in a respectful way however, We. Are. All. Human. Mistakes happen big or little things just happen. I'm sure if given a proper warn and spoke too over voice coms he'll be able to reflect properly on any and all wrong doing here. Tact Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 This seems to be a recurring theme with staff members. Losing ones composure and diminishing the integrity of the entire staff team. Since this is the only time I've seen Diagonal act unprofessional, i'd chalk it up to a minor lapse in judgement and take action if it were to happen again. Do not Metagame You are staff, please act like it.
