Leland Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Your Steam Name:Leland Your ingame name:Leland Your Steam Profile/SteamID:http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198290628614/ Why were you banned?:Hacking Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for hacking by a trial moderator named Gumbowl with zero evidence of me using any third party applications. in the sit he said he spectated me during raid, convincing himself that I was hacking (like any other silver would) then brought me to a sit, then after a 10 seconds of him saying he "spectated me" then me replying with "can I see some evidence, because i'm not hacking", he banned me because a trial mods word hails supreme inside of the ranks of titsRP he didn't think it was necessary to call someone whom had mod for more than a week to the sit. In past cases with the subject of hacking and idiot TRIAL moderators a member known as Zaybix (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Af_QRPp7iYI&t=30s Video for reference) was banned for hacking but was unbanned due to the lack of evidence and a trial moderators word isn't good enough. Without that we will have to wait for the banning staff member to add his side of the story. And for the record zaybix did end up being a hacker, but that's beside the point. Jev Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Me and smokey originally reported zaybix for hacking, we had video evidence. Although it didn't show much its still something. I remember tunnel snake pixel saying that the server runs off innocent until proven guilty. I was accused of hacking also , got into a sit and there was no evidence so the admin let me go. I mean if there would be any evidence for leland hacking , the ban would be appropriate, as for admins spectating him, what exactly did you see? Him walking up to a wall? I do that often , to get as close to the base as possible and listen for any printers or footsteps.#A T-Mods word is not really convincing enough for a ban. So without evidence we just have to wit it out until gumbowl comes forward. That was an example, zaybix was really suspicious so me and smokey decided to record him while he was raiding us, an admin spectated him, then banned him for wallhacks and aimbot. Leland was also banned for just wallhacks. After zaybix made an appeal, he was shortly unbanned because the video didn't provide enough evidence. But I guess he got banned for hacking his money. + its really easy to record, just get plays.tv or windows game dvr. Mordecai Posted September 10, 2017 Share Posted September 10, 2017 So what happened was i got a report from a player (can't name names i forgot :( sorry) and i ignored the report and said that i would spectate him and within 10 seconds of spectating him i saw him in someone's base following them through the walls for a good while so i Tp jailed him and told him i new he was hacking and then he proceeded to lie and say he wasn't. The evidence led me to ban this player, if he can refute any of this evidence then everyone here is open to it.
