Films has been constantly toxic and unproffesional on the forums and ingames as well, he has admitted to berating users on the forums because he was drunk. Films was recently promoted to mod despite all of this. This report aims to show evidence of his inappropriate forum actions.

 

Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video of the person you're reporting in action helps too. If you don't have any evidence, tough luck.

Killing somebody for not showing cuffs is a 100% legitimate reason to kill them if

• You adverted your 3 warnings
  
• They pull out a weapon and start firing after being asked
  
• You have reasonable suspicion that they're the assassin (as in, they say something like "fuck off I don't have cuffs" or "sorry gotta go kill the mayor")
  

Might have missed something, but you get the idea.

Maybe you just weren't explaining it clearly to the staff member. This seems like more of a !warn situation if you killed them for not showing cuffs and just didn't follow proper "warning" procedure when they failed to produce them.

I am +1 for punishment whether that’s a demote completely or back to tmod. I do no believe at all that he should have been promoted and I am positive other mods have expressed their displeasure towards his behavior. He was simply promoted because an admin felt bad for him.

Filmz is also unprofessional when he is commenting on reports or ban appeals. He just keeps saying irrelevant shit all the time that makes no sense.
