We need to have a higher ranking staff member / owner to see this, If you want action I recommend linking it to the owner. I already have asked him to look at it. From this there is enough proof for a demotion. If you shoot a warning shot then they person can shoot you back and kill you. That is all that should have happened is that OMG_silver killed you and you guys move on. But from there on Mdantos brings you, jails you, then bans you for a day.
