How did I kill someone with a camera? 

I do recall JaQuarvis and Crow as Gandalfs but not having any interaction with anyone other than a Gandalf. I guess I don't really have anything left to say since the logs are here. I just hope this can resolved in a nice way. I only kill others in game when it's ProperRP or retaliation to being struck.

I actually clearly stated "(3 times in total. Once for hitting me with his spells, and twice more when he failed NLR and returned to where he died.) after he attacked me as Gandalf and kept coming back to the fountain in center of town." The logs also reflect my claims, I'm not sure who the heck that Weapons Modifyer guy is and what my interaction with him was.

That's in my original post. The NLR was just after the fact. The sole reason I killed them originally was being I was being attacked with Red Spells.

Also, all of those damages against others had to solely be crossfire. It's hard to not accidentally hit others with bullets if you're firing in a crowded location. And they didn't seem to have any issue with it as they probably understood it wasn't intentional.

Here is my take from the information provided. Though it's not a full rendition of the logs, and I don't have the ability to check damage positions, it does look like maybe in the past you could have been hit by the gandolfs, causing you to take damage, which gave you the right to kill them.

Rats, I'm sure if you had the logs for both JaQuarvis and Crow then maybe you'd think differently, as they were both blasting others with spells.
I'm sure there must be some damage logs from him against me. I wouldn't just go out of my way to RDM others based solely on their job. That would be stupid.

Others doesnt mean you. You have to be the target or a player youre in a party with. As for the extension to 3 days instead of 2 days, your continued rule breaking just made him extend it to the max base punishment which I'm actually in favor of here.

I appreciate how fair you are regarding that. I agree that going on my alt was a mistake, and I do deserve to have it banned and my defense considered less viable because of that.

I'll consider this whole ordeal a learning experience and promise to be on my best behavior whenever I play again.

Anoo’s initial ban was valid. If you thought you were unfairly punished, you should’ve appealed immediately instead of trying to bypass the ban by alting. You’ve clearly accepted responsibility for that, and that is good.
 

Ultimately, I am of the impression that the ban should’ve been doubled, not tripled & for that reason I am going to be + 1 for a reduction to 2d ban.

The 1st time you killed me I was talking to someone with my keys out, I came out of spawn and used wabbajack on someone else and you decided to shoot me behind my back, after I returned to fountain and continued to talk you decided to shoot me again. 

This could've been a MRDM ban, but you got off light. I am -1 for reduction
