You could've easily dm'd another staff member to see if it was truly ok or not. -1 for unban I'd like an opinion from an older senior mod that hasn't given me false bans before. You unfortunately do not get that choice, staff will vote on your report as they please you cannot choose the comfort of your favorite staff member. Anyways I do remember this being brought up in staff chat, and yes it is not allowed. The issue was that you also kept trying to do it after being told not to. If a staff member tells you something isn't allowed, just listen and if you think they are wrong you can ask a higher up, or make a report about the situation. Posted July 3 Share Posted July 3 The reason it is not allowed is because the knife intentionally does not allow you to kill people who dont meet the criteria, this means the knife is never wrong. People are wrong, manually checking for 75% health players is not feasible. Speaking negatively towards staff members wont help you out, I know you may not like people, no issues with that things happen, but if you want the best outcome for yourself staying professional will be your best route. Now... Michael has not been allowed to use a gun for kills for a long time, and you were told that Michael could not use a gun unless defending yourself, and you went back to it. Forums is where ALL staff can and will give their input, if you wanted specific staff answers you should've requested one after your verbal, not recommitting the issue after a staff told you not to and asking for one in the forums. I'd also like to restate, the person that banned you isnt new. Theyre active and a lot of times when i have a rules question they know the answer 9/10 times. Please, take this ban as a learning experience, in the future if you have a question that needs answered, ask before you commit bannable offenses. Obvious rule-related gameplay tips should be treated as rulesets for that class. (ex. Batman should not kill the people doing crimes) from rules btw ^ also your evidence is not available to watch.
