In these screenshots you can see even nignova talking about hellen wong. He is being blatantly bias against me for no other reason besides hating me. I dont accept your apology but thank you for the attempt. Check general chat more often. As for the timeout BLACKnova already reduced it down to a day it's about to expire. For me at least there seems to be a consistent theme of BLACKnova being bias and over punishing people and then reducing it when called out. None of the people in the screenshots posted by Blue were banned at the time of sending those messages other than Godiva (who we didn’t know at the time was vampin and is now comm removed), and Eden (who I honestly don’t even really know why we haven’t discord banned). In addition, none of those people proceeded to post screenshots of themselves messaging an account seller directly after getting banned, while simultaneously claiming “yea that’s what you think” when someone was mentioning their ban. I will say that I definitely could have told you to stop first, and it is my bad for not doing so. However, you were actively claiming to be preparing to alt as an ex-smod. The fact that the screenshots were fake is just kinda silly, and is like playing a stupid game and not expecting a stupid prize. Although it may seem like too much of a coincidence to be true, I was going to decrease your timeout to a day before even seeing this thread (I saw it an hour after it was posted). Isn't it your job to confirm wether it's real or not before you punish someone? You have the other admin agreeing that the punishment should not have been handed out at all, unless someone had told him to stop beforehand. Yuh that's what I said tho, I should have spoken to him first. I muted him immediately because he was banned for a month and began posting credible messages showing an attempt to alt. If he in fact was attempting to alt, do you think he would have admitted it had I asked him nicely? In reality, the timeout wasn't about whether or not he was actually trying to alt (I assumed he was because his goal was to seem like he was), it was about him talking about preparing to alt while blatantly disregarding a ban that was received for something the player actually did wrong. I think a day timeout is justified for such behavior. A week would for sure be more valid if the player actually was alting, which is why since I wasn't sure whether he actually had or not I decreased it. I’m blacknova and I’m going to timeout some for making a joke that numerous other players make every week. Can we stop with this “you’re a ex smod” thing. As I said when I was smod no one would have gaf about this. All the current staff team is 100x more soft than anyone when I was staff. I broke no rules you just don’t like me. Again, none of the other people making a similar joke were even banned when making said jokes, and they were really all just making sarcastic jokes about the concept of alting. For example: my linked joke about Hellen Wong is because I bought an alt to forcedrop me, it had nothing to do with alting to circumvent a ban. I figured since there was nothing we could do to stop you from alting, you may as well not be allowed to brag about it to the person whose ents you destroyed while knowingly failraiding. You obviously wouldn't have told me lol. You were actively bragging about doing something that I would not have been able to verify, and yet I was supposed to verify whether or not you were doing it? I will restate that whether or not you were actually alting wasn't part of the question I was considering by giving a one day timeout. Should I have just told you to stop? Sure, but again I really don't think a one day timeout is that crazy for someone who committed a blatant rulebreak on the server with priors, and then came onto the discord to brag about how they were going to alt (regardless of whether or not you actually did). By bragging I mean bragging about alting, not the destruction of the ents.
