KBTARP is truly not that crazy compared to other situations, and like madx said this very easily could’ve just been a vote demote. I also would like to mention even prior to this you were vote banning without a sit made prior and I would like to remind you that a while back you were permanently vote restricted for mass banning people for no reason, which was recently lifted as it had been ( correct me if I’m wrong ) about a year ago or less… with that being said I’m willing to remove the vote ban entirely but I’m willing to give Louis a warning accrediting the KBTARP as for you dunker, I urge you to be far more careful when you are vote banning/kicking considering your past. If someone is breaking RP scenario, just vote demote. What would a demote do to the situation. Yes Kill binding to avoid rp isnt a as intense thing, but its the fact he did it and then start bragging to me that I wasn't able to kill him and now have to wait 20 minutes in pms. I votebanned for Failrp, kill binding to avoid rp and he knew very well what he did when he started bragging about it in pms. Thats why I didnt dm he asking about it. He claims he didnt know it was a rule but its very clear he was fully aware of doing it. For some reason all my logs I exported only have ooc chat. None of the pms he made to me or the ones I made to him. However Mr Rubik can easily find what he was saying to me. He has no proof of me slandering him even though he was constantly pming me, and I guess targetting is raiding someone twice in 2 hours. Mr Blue brings up dont interact with me but I did an rp action and then he was spamming me in my dms. This is stupid and childish. This dude has always been a whiny baby anytime anyone raids him etc. Then he goes and tries to lie. Just like with the whole spys situation that he lied his ass off about. When I made that report you went to multiple other boards to spread hate about me and accuse me of things. This situation is a verbal at best as I had no idea I could not just give up in a raid. You are unapologetic and will not learn from this situation. I would like his vote banning perms taken away if possible because this will not be the last time he will abuse the ability to voteban someone that he does not like. Also I did not brag about killbinding at all, that is Dunker once again poisoning the well as he always does. I simply told him that he had to wait 20 minutes to raid me again in chat because he was raiding me on CD. I mean mr nova if we are being technical nlr and mnlr is not in the valid rules of votebans reasons or the DOs but we allow it. The cherry ontop for why i votebanned was because of him bragging and being aware, plus the sits not being taken. (I do not blame the staff there was 2 staff on with around 110 people, they were working hard). If it truly bothered you this much you very well could’ve made a ticket and waited. It was a Saturday night, high population and for some reason low staff. Kill binding to avoid rp TRULY is not that crazy. Especially in this context that it happened.
