Why were you banned or warned?

I killed myself while DunkerWinkle came into my base because I had nothing in it and my friend was in a sit created by Dunkerwinkle. If I am not allowed to just give up in a raid then this should be a verbal at best and not something that Dunkerwinkle can play God over because he does not like me.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Dunkerwinkle constantly targets and slanders me on forums and in-game. He raided me on a 20 minute timer for over an hour while I was teaching my friend how to make meth. He reported my friend to get him into a sit. I stopped basing because I was tired of him raiding me on CD so he decided to voteban me. I do not want this player targeted ban on my record.

Viable reasons for Votebans are as follows:

 

• Ban/kick someone for mass RDMing
• Ban/kick someone for trying to crash the server
• Ban/kick someone for prop blocking spawn
• Ban/kick someone for spamming links / advertising
• Mute someone for spamming racism / hatespeech

Due to the short ban length an unban isn't really possible but +1 for removing ban from players ban record.

I dont know why you are going to instantly remove this voteban with no proof. However I will send my proof. Before I votebanned him I made 3 sits and patiently waited this time. Made sure to follow protocol this time compared to my last time I tried to voteban lol. I raided this guy once before and hes claiming that I am slandering him lol. I raided him and his friend and he instantly started texting me that im a loser and thats all Ill ever be.

 

I votebanned him for killbinding to avoid roleplay. Like I said I made 3 sits and not one was taken so I votebanned and it went through. He claims he had nothing in his base but how am I supposed to know that. After I tried to kill him in the clip you will see, I checked upstairs for any extra ents. I reported his friend for having the name Ray Pern(****r). **** jokes are against the rules, I would know since I got in trouble for it.

 

If you can please provide proof of me slandering you constantly and raiding you more then 2 times in my 2 hour time on the server that night please be my guest. But you are just lying out your ass. This is the first interaction Ive had with you on the server in a while. Probaly why you put no proof or clips for this.

Like Ive said please provide proof of me slandering you and raiding you constantly. In the time I was on the server tonight for around 2 hours I raided you twice. You also started insulting me as soon as I raided you the first time.

 

I votebanned him for failrp and killbinding to avoid rp. He knows what he is doing. He was smart about it in pms as you can see. Aswell as acting innocent when his friends name was Ray Pern. Cmon now.

 

 

Ray pern was in a sit with beeteeth for a while and then was returned. I dont know why his name was changed from literally just being ****r.

You didn't really need to type all of that.

 

1. Yes, you raided me while I was first setting up my meth base with no dupe or defenses and I killed myself. You won. You have to wait 20 minutes to raid me again as you had been doing.

2. I just want you to leave me alone. In the rules it states that you should not target the same player over and over, yet you do whenever I am online.

3. My friend's name is related to Lord of the Rings, this was established when you reported him to spite me. Confirmed by BeeTeeth that you were the one who reported him, nobody else cares about his name he is a nerd.

 

There is no "acting innocent" or anything like that. If you would have killed me normally you'd still have to wait 20 minutes. There is no roleplay in you raiding me and killing me every time I have an undefended base set up. Also Dunker, please refer to the rule that disallows killing yourself in a raid and also the rule that allows you to voteban me for that while 3 mods are online as I am currently contemplating following this ticket up with a report.

This is something where you should've said "hey wtf why did you do that, that was lame, you cant suicide in an rp scenario" then moved on tbh. FailRP is meant to be handled via /demote first before jumping to a punishment. It shows you what you can and can't voteban for, this isn't one of those things that is an emergency or a major infraction worth a voteban. Did you bother demoting first? The only thing lost here was a free kill.

If this is an issue you need to start logging it before we can help you, all of this is he said she said minus the voteban. Also you are not allowed to suicide to avoid RP, its not a written rule because it is common sense. Been a rule since the beginning of DarkRP.

I asked multiple staff, one of which being Ruin and they did not know that was a rule so perhaps needs clarification somewhere if even staff don't know this. Other "common sense" rules are in the written rules.

 

Dunkerwinkle needs a talking to about how to voteban system works as he did not ask me about the encounter nor did he attempt to demote me. He barely even waited for the sits to be taken. I don't want interaction with this player anymore. He also needs to read the votebanning rules and take issues like this to the forums if it is not in the LISTED reasons for a voteban. Especially if 3 staff are online.

 

If I could get some restraining order of a sort from Dunkerwinkle that would be satisfactory and I wouldn't go through with a report at this time as he raids me on CD and follows me to where I am basing to wait for me to spawn something. He literally got my friend in a sit then put a voteban up for me within 20 minutes.

It is your responsibility to ensure you don't interact with people you don't like. Mute and bock, we can't prevent RP interactions as its the game, unless you can prove they are harassing you past the acceptable limits, we can't step in about that. Just block them and don't interact with them.


I will wait for dunkers response, but this is not the first or 2nd time there has been a voting issue, and people are only supposed to be given 1 chance. If this is determined to be a false vote, the result will be a permanent restriction.

KBTARP - Kill Bind to avoid RP has always been a thing, and yes Raiding is a RP scenario, practically everything you do in the server is and "rp" scenario. By doing so you did break a rule, even though its honestly the smaller end of the spectrum considering you gave dunker a free kill it is still a rule break.
Dunker i personally don't think a vote ban is worth it in this situation at the very most a vote demote and if he was continuing to kbtarp a vote kick maybe. Take into consideration when you were staff would you ban people solely off of a single infraction, such as a single RDM, or a single NLR etc.
You were correct in this situation to take your ability to have a vote set on the player due to lack of staff involvement however a vote ban was far from the route that should have been taken.

It wasnt a false vote, just watch the cool sick clip i editted. But yeah I made 3 sits actually I think I made 4 this time. Waited a good amount of time, and then went for the voteban. I votebanned for Failrp, kill binding to avoid rp and he knew very well what he did when he started bragging about it in pms. Thats why I didnt dm he asking about it. He claims he didnt know it was a rule but its very clear he was fully aware of doing it.

 

For some reason all my logs I exported only have ooc chat. None of the pms he made to me or the ones I made to him. However Mr Rubik can easily find what he was saying to me. Its funny how hes saying im slandering him when I raided him the first time he started insulting me etc lol. 

 

He has no proof of me slandering him even though he was constantly pming me, and I guess targetting is raiding someone twice in 2 hours. Mr Blue brings up dont interact with me but I did an rp action and then he was spamming me in my dms. This is stupid and childish.

 

This dude has always been a whiny baby anytime anyone raids him etc. Then he goes and tries to lie. Just like with the whole spys situation that he lied his ass off about. 

 

 

I also want to bring up again the sit I made for his friend Ray Pern. He claims its for lord of the rings but cmon man. Its just ****r. **** jokes are not allowed on titsrp and still his name was not changed after the sit. Also im not blaming beeteeth or anything. im just saying
