From the moment you were prematurely killed, you waited approximately 2 minutes before returning to your raid. In that period of time you called for staff three times. You have been staff before and know that spam calling sits doesn't make them get taken faster, and if anything it genuinely leads to staff choosing to temporarily ignore your sit. If you spam called a sit leading to them ignoring your sit for 5-10+ mins I could understand going back to just raid out of annoyance and impatience, but you waited only two minutes.

 

You can't return to a raid that you think you got RDMed in without waiting for staff confirmation, making this warning valid. I'd say it should only be a verbal given you don't have recent NLR priors in the last month, but what you're doing is kinda silly considering the way you rushed into a reraid without waiting for staff while spamming them.

Thats completey right Mr Nova and I appreciate your response since this was your updated rule. You know, the only reason I went back after waiting casue I was like damn 7 staff on holy shit I wanna raid (when this dude was the only guy with a actual base that wasnt a pure newbie). Yes I understand I should wait until staff confirmation but at that momment I viewed it as being lets say RDM in district one by some retard and then going back. Or really anywhere in general. Thats why I went back and also under the impression that he should have tried to arrest me first considering that I did not shoot at him or anyone else at all.

 

Also, my NLR verbal from whenever was from when I was the jake model and walked into Dil Does base playing music then he killed me, and then I came back and rammed a car into the door. He reported me and I was like dude I was just joking. It was a stupid sit and yes it was NLR but I thought hed just take it as a joke since I didnt commit any raid action.

 

Im fully aware of NLR and what the NLR rules are. But this whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way which is why im appealing. I would have been fine with a verbal.

Out of curiosity, if it truely was RDM why not just be patient and wait, you we're most likely going to get a sit before raid cooldown and the staff involved would have gave you the go ahead in most cases with a valid sit preformed. IMO it seems you were just being impatient and took it upon yourself to break NLR and return to the raid vs waiting for staff intervention.

Okay so, just for other moderators and spectators here’s an oversimplification of the story. 

(Correct me if I’m wrong) 

 

dunker, about to raid a person, gets shot and killed by a police officer, he makes a few tickets within the span of 2-5 minutes then decides to come back to continue the raid just before his ticket gets accepted by byonic. 
 

Dunker has admitted fault by saying he did commit NLR, but wishes it either gets removed or moved down to a verbal. 
 

I’d be more inclined to move it down to a verbal seeing how frustrating this situation can be, and his last verbal was back in February of this year. 
 

however, as stated by many others you rushed this and took matters into your own hands so byonic is not in the wrong for giving you a warning rather than a verbal

This is still being hella impatient. You KNOW you have issues with patience mind you, did you bother asking in ooc and pming people? If you make 3 sits in a couple minutes thats nothing, and we have punished people for rushing using votebans/kicks instead of contacting staff multiple times aside from just a ticket. This is the same kinda thing. You should know as staff, tickets can also combine into one and just keep refreshing instead of showing multiple in one time. Not to mention yea, if you're spamming sits its gonna probably take longer. Had you shown more patience and done better to get help other than spamming some sits and taking matters into your own hand you wouldn't have been in this boat. You often get shown forms of leniency in your shenanigans, a warn is nothing and is fair. This is some new player behavior, you are not a new player. I don't care if the warn is removed or stays, but you definitely weren't punished unfairly.

I pmed every staff member the final time before I went back. Which is weird why its not in Byonics chat logs but I exported logs for myself so if you want me to bring it up and show proof I can. Either way 7 staff on and 2 taking sits is ridiculous either way.

It just doesn't make a lot of sense that the period of time you're referring to waiting and DMing for was 2 minutes. Claiming/implying in your first post that there was bias doesn't really make sense given you gave no time for anyone to actually respond. Byonic finished his sit and then claimed the next sit on his screen, which he knew would also handle your sits since they were clearly related. If you know that only two staff were taking sits and both were actively busy with other sits at the beginning of this situation, why are you surprised that it took a little longer and "coincidentally" felt like it only got taken because of the NLR? It's more that the whole situation was super short and you gave no chance for a staff response until after breaking a rule.

I don’t understand, my rule change said that you must wait for staff confirmation to re-raid, which you did not do. Are you saying staff and other players didn’t follow “Blacnovas rule change”? Or are you saying you didn’t follow it?

No im talking about the police officer not attempting to arrest me first rule. and the reason i went back is because i viewed it as like getting killed for the reason of a rule break. like how if someones mrdm in district 1 just go back because yeah
