Crashes after "Workshop Complete"

started playing yesterday fine no problems just got done building and randomly Gmod crashed tried loading it back up now it just freezes and crashes after getting to "Workshop Complete!" i booted Gmod back up and it said something about unused/deleted addons in cache so i deleted the 3 things and it doesnt give anything in the problems in Gmod but still freezes and crashes ive also tried reinstalling Gmod with no success

Also try verifying your game files if you haven't already since you mentioned deleting some files right before being unable to connect. Are you using any client modifications like Reshade? Try updating your graphics drivers.

no i havent even attempted to try anything client sided with mine all i used gmod for before was this single server and ive tried updating my drivers as well as switching to 64x

ive also tried reinstalling the addons manually or at least though the link i was given and this in the problems tab

Try verifying your games file's integrity, has this happened before? What do you remember was the last thing that happened before it started crashing?

yeah so heres the list of stuff ive tried 
-Deleting unused/deleted addons in folder
-Deleting cache
-Reinstalling gmod
-Verifying the files 

-Fac restarting gmod
-Manually downloading addons though given link
-Running in x86-64
-Updating drivers
-No other issues with other servers

-No other workshop addons added other then related to this server (besides the other server i had to download)

this is not something that has happen before and i was doing what i normally do i just got done building my gun shop right by spawn had family guy in the back one of the mods came in the back just watching it i go up front and randomly crashed after i loaded it back up i keep getting to "Workshop complete" and then it'd freeze after i click it'd just say not responding

Try these in order:

1. Close GMod completely and unsubscribe from ALL addons related to the server/workshop collection.
2. Go to:
   steamapps\workshop\content\4000
   and delete everything inside manually.
3. Also delete:
   garrysmod\cache
   garrysmod\downloads
   garrysmod\downloadlists
4. In garrysmod\cfg, temporarily move config.cfg to desktop so GMod generates a fresh one.
5. Launch GMod in the normal branch first (not x86-64), then reconnect and let everything redownload slowly.
6. If it still freezes exactly at “Workshop Complete!”, try joining with:
   -noworkshop
   in launch options to see if a workshop addon is hard crashing the client.
   
   EDIT:
   you will loose your binds if you don't back up your config file

I was crashing like crazy after subscribing to another server's content pack which was like more than 10gb. You could try resetting your workshop subscriptions. Not 100% sure that's the same reason you were crashing but I was literally unable to join the server at all and that's what fixed it for me.

Host Error: Missing map 'maps/rp_downtown_tits_v2.bsp', disconnecting

Certain downloads are disabled by client settings.
'cl_downloadfilter' is set to 'noworkshop'.
Check the Game tab in Options.

so i did all that still did the same exact thing and i tried do figure out the "noworkshop" thing i think i got it and i got that error trying to join but other then that nothing else
