I got like 0 clue what that means at all i put "engine_no_focus_sleep 0" in my cfg text file with no luck whatsoever but honestly i really wanna play on the server but theres just no way im going to completely factory reset my pc over 1 gmod server its just more logical not to use this server anymore even after all the time ive put into here

honestly with how long this has taken and how many solutions ive gone through i may just say that might be the end for my time in dark rp only really liked this server and seeing its looking like the only fix is gonna be fac resetting windows really loved this server spent a good amount of time here but guess this is it

no like this is an issue with this server only not any other server

yeah i have it put back to allow all from whatever now and just same thing workshop complete then freeze

well i mean i did everything you told me to do you'd know more of what im doing then me i tried what you told me to do and it didnt work

i dont think it would be since i only use gmod for this specific server I've only played sandbox for fixing this problem and seeing who gmod works ive only ever joined another server once being to try to see if its just this server its happening on which it is i dont have any other addons besides the one from this server

Check the Game tab in Options. so i did all that still did the same exact thing and i tried do figure out the "noworkshop" thing i think i got it and i got that error trying to join but other then that nothing else

yeah so heres the list of stuff ive tried -Deleting unused/deleted addons in folder -Deleting cache -Reinstalling gmod -Verifying the files -Fac restarting gmod -Manually downloading addons though given link -Running in x86-64 -Updating drivers -No other issues with other servers -No other workshop addons added other then related to this server (besides the other server i had to download) this is not something that has happen before and i was doing what i normally do i just got done building my gun shop right by spawn had family guy in the back one of the mods came in the back just watching it i go up front and randomly crashed after i loaded it back up i keep getting to "Workshop complete" and then it'd freeze after i click it'd just say not responding

yeah someone else recommended that but nope nothing

no i havent even attempted to try anything client sided with mine all i used gmod for before was this single server and ive tried updating my drivers as well as switching to 64x ive also tried reinstalling the addons manually or at least though the link i was given and this in the problems tab

started playing yesterday fine no problems just got done building and randomly Gmod crashed tried loading it back up now it just freezes and crashes after getting to "Workshop Complete!" i booted Gmod back up and it said something about unused/deleted addons in cache so i deleted the 3 things and it doesnt give anything in the problems in Gmod but still freezes and crashes ive also tried reinstalling Gmod with no success
