I was told the warn was because I overlooked a miscellaneous rule where it says this and quote : The following 2 actions are allowed without adverting PD raid: Jail-breaking and Hackers hacking any of the PD panels, including the one in the Mayor's office. Anything involving breaking through a prop or a fading door is not allowed under this rule and will be considering PD raiding without an advert. If you wish to PD raid, you will still be required to call PD raid after exiting the PD entirely. You may not fight CP in self defense/party assists inside of PD unless you are raiding. However, this seems to be way less far-fetched than how I see it. All I was doing was exiting PD after being arrested, Bot shot me and I defended myself. I was just using common sense and used this rule. It's not professional to have a group of staff members target one player. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I feel like the general common sense was verbal > warn > ban. This rule break was not intentional as you can see in this clip. I shouldn't receive the harshest punishment for a simple rule I overlooked. I was just using common sense. Who warned/banned you? Brother my sit I made on you was for having money rack props spammed in the street blocking traffic and blocking cars being able to get through. You were a cc and this is the first time I have ever interacted with you at all on the server. Dont say im harrassing you when that was the FIRST time I have ever interacted with you lol. Also in the sit I was acting cringe but still being respectful. The way I was speaking and with the voice was meant to make you laugh. I also did not push for horrible punishment in it either. I also think its very obvious in that clip for most people who know me on the server that I was acting like a cringe retard and putting on a voice just to be stupid and silly. Yeah the issue here was that you defend yourself against CP while in the PD. Due to this it is considered FailRP The reason I had told you to make this ban appeal was due to Bot Sittomori being himself OUTSIDE of the PD when you killed him from inside the PD Does the rule make it so that cops can be either inside or outside the PD or do they also have to be inside the PD? The rule as written says you yourself can't defend yourself inside the PD so I made a decision off that. As of right now though I am -1 unless further discussions with staff members decide to say that cops also have to be inside the PD for this to apply. While i can see how its a little dumb that you cant defend yourself but killing another cop while either they or yourself are in pd is considered a raid action.. About your another note regarding "Prop abuse" This is just a simple case of prop minge, you cannot block the street like the way you did. It restricts movement and doesn't allow cars to pass through Also, I dont think this was mentioned by Sitto but you cannot block your boombox like the way you did at 00:08-00:13 in the second clip. Now, looking at how the actual sit was handled, I personally don't see any bias or "harassment" If im missing any context, I would for sure like to be informed! But just judging of the 2 clips, I cant comfortably push for a punishment on that part.. Overall, Objectively both notes are valid. If it was still a warn, Id for sure think a verbal would have been better. I also think I'd be good if other staff look at the harassment part and get their thoughts but I personally just don't see it here. Being that PD was KoS, I started shooting you and you defended yourself. You have shown us the clip of a valid RP scenario where I was RDM'd and of a sit where you broke rules, please elaborate how this is targetting? My sit was not petty as I lost items and you interrupted my roleplay. You claim we are harrassing us, yet you cannot keep our names out of your mouth. Every interaction I had with you was in roleplay and I never went out of my way to find ways to specifically arrest/kill you. I'm not going to vote on this appeal as I understand it also is a report on me. Sitto has also chosen to be lenient to you when the staff member conducting the sit was initially going to give you a warn.
