Henchy Posted March 14 Share Posted March 14 Joke or not this is something you CANNOT be saying to a minor, we've said this multiple times and as adults' people should already know this even if it's a video game. You should not be making sexual jokes to people that you don't know the age of. Always make sure the person is of age and is fine with it, this is something every rational adult should know. -1 for unban since you have a recent history of player tox and more than enough days of playtime to understand this is wrong. I think Tali handled the situation pretty well as you, based on your playtime and playertox priors, should definitely know better than to make these comments towards people - especially if you don't know their age. If you're uncertain of somebodies age on a 13 PLUS SERVER, you should not be making jokes about them in NSFW situations. People have gotten community removed for comments like these, and considering a 6 month ban is the shortest amount of time that can be given for breaching TOS 0.3, I'd say there's nothing wrong with this ban. -1 for appeal.
