It was a false reason, for apparent "False Fines / False arrests." Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The current mayor had Swep / Weapon = AOS laws in place. I was following the law arresting and fining people who had Weps and sweps out, and outstanding bounties. DEV Randy, who also has a vendatta against me for previous encounters created a vote ban when there were staff online to ban me, and as a result needs to be banned himself for a false ban. He did not make a ticket, and abused his voteban ability when the current laws by the Mayor supported my actions. There was nothing false about my arrests. He also needs to lose access to vote banning as this was a blatant false ban, i was operating within the current RP laws of the Mayor. Who warned/banned you? I also had a weapons license. I made two tickets. The first ticket I made was claimed by Blue but he had not teleported me or given me any response after 10 minutes. I did another ticket and soon after Blue left the server so I went with the voteban. Regardless of your claim, there WAS indeed a law stating Weps / Sweps out = AOS. So your claim of a weapons license is irrelevant. Also, thank you for posting the clip, as it supports my claim that my arrest was totally justified. Your weapon is clearly out which breaks the law, which resulted in an arrest. Looking forward to hearing from staff. PS: that earlier encounter resulted in no loss of any items of yours and was a result of bugged sound. You didnt die, lose a single ent. Even after the mod asked if you really wanted punishment you continued... When arresting someone you should generally check to see if they have illegal weapons which fitness did not do. he saw the wep and fined accordingly. -1 for voteban removal although I was not online at the time, mods can be busy and tickets can pile up very easily. If a mod was willing to take your sit they would've cancelled the vote ban and taken your sit. The laws clearly state that WEPs are AoS ONLY WITHOUT A GUN LICENSE, you did not weapon check him to see if he had a gun license. Also, if an action is AoS that doesn't mean it's also automatically finable. In this case you did not make an attempt to check him for his liscense, nor took into account that the law never said to fine him, just arrest him.
