That is a valid point I’m still -1 due to his attitude I’m tired of watching staff get bitched at etc from people like this but yes the ban could have been thought about a bit more.

I voted as I did because it's just being hateful towards people who are trying to help you, and I don't respect niggas who don't respect that.

I should have worded my response better. This isnt me saying this dude deserves an unban because he doesn't after showing his true colors. This is about the initial ban and other bans that are handed out without taking the time to review history length and severity.  I am in no way disagreeing with him deserving to keep the length of the ban after his bs attitude. 

 

I am saying however that flip flopping on people's history and giving some people light punishments then turning around and insta slamming for a week needs to stop. The team needs to set a boundry on how long warns/bans are/are not taken into consideration. If you choose to keep all history and use it no matter the length of time past. Fine but keep it that way and update the motd reflecting it. Same goes for if you dont use history after a certain point.

I dont advocate for staff disrespect and harassment however if you flip flop and make changes at a whim it tends to piss people off. Most attitude from players towards staff doesn't fall out of the sky. Whether you were right in the situation or not, they felt a wrongdoing towards them. In this situation a warning probably wouldn't have caused this player to act out like this. Just saying.

Honestly this is a valid stance, and tbh if I had read this appeal out of the gates once the evidence was posted I probably would have been +1 for a reduction to even a flatout warn since MNLR really is one of those things that shouldn't get a mega smack out of the gates.

 

But yeah at the end of the day this dude definitely talked himself out of any sort of leniency at this point. I definitely agree the initial ban was WAYYY longer than it should have been (if it should have been a ban to begin with)

 

With that I'm just gonna go ahead and deny this.

 

@BigassIn the future when making an appeal, being a bit more respectful can really help your case in the long run especially for situations like this.
