LeGerbs Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 (edited) This is relevant. Why are we giving out a 7 day ban for mnlr when this dude hasn't had a warn or ban for nlr in 5 years. You do realize in 5 years most people forget a lot of even the basic rules. Im not justifying his attitude but staff need to spend a bit more time looking at players history and not changing opinions back and forth. If we give some people warnings because their bans/warns are over 2 years old but jump straight to banning other people there is a huge miscommunication in the staff team. I wont name names but there's a few staff members on this team that jump way to quick to banning people rather than educating them.
