Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

because apparently I made a pedo comment but I am a minor so I dont understand how I can be a pedo also I had no idea he was a minor as I dont make a habit of confirming peoples date of birth before communicating with them on the server, looking through the other "playertox" bans my ban was for 7 days while others have 3 day bans, lastly I believe this was done as a vendetta against me as i was pulled to sit the day before by spys and his moderator friends during a maxwell event to accuse me of dropping a dupe mid raid however in the logs this was not the case and they kept me there for at least 15 minutes trying to a get a reaction out of me with ragebait this was all after the player spys failed to raid my base mulitple times and got salty.

I won’t lie and say one should know everyone’s age by default (as I’ve made the same mistake), but, I mean you claim not to have known his age while making a joke that could only imply that Spys is a child.

 

i guess it’s a little better if you yourself are also underage, but realistically that would be the reason why you are getting a 7 day ban instead of a 6 month one. If you were over 18 and made such a joke I would be pushing for an extension.

 

Player Tox bans can have a wide array of punishment times and internally noted reasons. We don’t publicize what your specific player tox punishment was for to non-staff, but given there can be many different reasons, it makes sense that there are 3 day bans and 7 day ones. There are also permanent ones. I’ll wait for @BOT sittoandmori’s response on this.

I appreciate that fact but it doesnt explain why he has been harrassing me the last few days with moderators help pulling me into sits they knew full well I had done nothing wrong in and tried to push the sexual comments earlier that week by me saying "he has been on my dick the last 3 days" meaning harrassing me if you think weaponizing someone who tries to push people off the server for fun is a good thing I dont want to be part of this community anymore also you are Spy's friend along with BOT sittoandmori so this makes sense tbh you got what you wanted.

I’m giving this a -1. The joke you made still falls under pedophile-related comments, and a 7 day ban is normal for that. Even if you’re underage, it doesn’t excuse the joke or make it any less serious. Not knowing someone’s age doesn’t change how the rule works either. I don’t see anything wrong with the punishment.

To be honest I do NOT know who you are and I'm in no way friend with Spys as I barely know him, I don't have a vendetta against you and I don't know why other staff members would.

Also the fact that you're a minor doesn't justify that this was a pedophiliac joke, and we don't mess around with anything related to that.

I want to specify I didn't pick your punishment randomly and I instead followed the punishment guide:

I'm honestly with the others on this, More so on the fact that even though it was seen as a joke in your eyes, in others it can seem as further, i know we don't know the age of others on the server but you have to realize this is a 13+ server.
I wouldn't say anything here that i wouldn't say around a 13 year old.
So maybe lay off the jokes in that regard, i know we can all get a little carried away.
That and the chat logs seen during the sit it seems you were okay with being un-apologetic during the sit.
If you  would have back pedaled even the slightest or shown a little respect im sure this could have been a note and a simple dont say shit like that, but you weren't...

Fair points im sorry for any unjust accusations I threw out and I should have not given in to the ragebait once I am back I will just go through the proper channels to stop him and his mod friends harrassing me like I should have done in the beginning I appreciate your patience and the time you all took to reply I just got heated and let that influence my behavior.

You don’t need to verify everyone’s age. Don’t make sexual / pedophilic comments. This isn’t the place for them. I don’t think you are being targeted or harassed by any staff members, I would like to see evidence for such as I don’t believe the staff involved are that type of people and would like to know if they are. Regardless of being targeted there is still evidence that you said something violating our PlayerTOX rules. I second what my peers have said. I hope after your 7d ban, you have learned something and can integrate into the community.
