Pedo accusation 1 week ban Requesting Henchy

Sitto definitely shouldn't have been that hostile, but Rayzor doubling down like that is never a good move when faced with something as serious as this. I'm gonna shift over to a -1 for any changes.

Yeah, nah man, we don’t allow any type of jokes like that, even joking around about it. It’s an awful look for us and the server. Pedo accusations are not a default one-week punishment; it depends on the situation.

But in this case, it definitely seems like you doubled down by saying, “he seems a lil too hurt by it, are you sure?” -1 for unaban

that was like a hour prior due to a sit sitto had and after the fact i asked sitto is guins actually a pedo because of the sit and also that guy only got banned for 2 days i believe and he had priors. I didnt say that after nor am i double downing on it. idek who guins is ive been on the server for like 4 days, the way guins was acting in sit made it seem like it was true due to what he was saying in the sit i legit was just talking to sitto.

Yeah I'm not really sure there's any way you can spin this to not make you look like the bad guy. The 2 lines of text very clearly just show you straight up calling Guins a pedo, there's no spinning or claiming it was a joke followed up by a confirmation message acknowledging what you said. We do not tolerate this  type of behaviour in this community.

Ive been on the server for 4 days like i just said i never knew guins was or is a pedo thats why i was asking sitto since the way he spoke/texted in sit. and that was prior of my engagement with him, also the mf that got banned for legit having a textscreen of it only got banned for 2 days and he had priors so why tf would mine default to a week.

Denied - Take the time off to ensure that when you come back you wont make the same mistakes. You doubling down completely screwed any chance of leniency here, so in reality despite the sit being combative - the end result is still fair. You need to really stop and think about how the things you say can be interpreted. Even if you had no ill intentions, the way you word things, and the "questions" you asked just look TERRIBLE. If someone makes a sit about you making a pedo joke, and you go and try and flip it on them for having an issue with it - that just makes you look bad. That is classic gmod troll behavior, and not something you're going to get away with by claiming no ill intent. So in the end either you seriously need to work on your communication skills, and think before you speak - or your trolling and trying to gaslight. Either outcome, just take the time away to work on some things.
