So First off I don't get what the context of my putting bleh pug on tuckles profile means. They're on my friends list and saw they changed their whole steam profile so I thought it'd be funny to comment something silly.

 

For the report, before I give and say what I have I'm surprised you are appealing this as you blatantly RDMED them. No damage done back to you. As well as your ingame name at the time of the report was NOT Real Mr Bones. Your name was "Mel Jesselyn". Anyways Tuckle reported you for MRDM against them. I just got on so there was no way for me to prove this because they claimed its been going on for a while. At the time I brought you to the sit you were Mr Bones. I was able to see the logs when you were Mr Bones and they never shot you once. You also had a chat log at the same time of the death saying "Hell Yeah" aswell. I just feel like including that because it just shows it was silly rdm for no reason. I didn't look into the MRDM that Tuckle was claiming as I was the only staff on and like I said just got on so I didn't have past logs. All I have to show for this is the screenshot Tuckle sent me of old logs of you because I didnt have them. I didnt save anything of this sit because you didnt seem to have an issue with the warn and you blatantly rdmed them with no damage done back to you.

Again Im surprised you are appealing this because you textbook rdmed them. If you have anything to upload to state your case of unfairness please do. I hold no bias in sits with friends or people Im cool with on the server. I have warned and banned multiple of my friends when they have done things wrong.

 

I also gave you a warning because you had a verbal today given to you by Henchy for RDM. That is why you received a warn instead of another verbal.

 

Scratch that I didnt know logs save when you warn someone because Ive never had to write for an appeal in all my sits.

Logs seem pretty clear you gunned down tuckle randomly. You need to have consent to just rdm people, and just because someone was okay with it one time doesn't necessarily mean they will be ok with it again. When you gun someone down without getting consent first you are basically playing russian roulette. Maybe they will be ok with it, maybe not. This time you bit the bullet, I would suggest that next time you come to a mutual agreement in text chat or in a clip, so that way if you ever rdm someone with consent you can back up that claim. Lots of people tend to enjoy being rdm'd/rdming their friends but again its a risk you take when you don't communicate about it. I don't know if you are friends with tuckle, but take this as a moment to learn how to do these things properly.

Being as how you had a verbal for rdm the same day - it's generally proper protocol to verbal<warn<ban with maybe a extra warn or verbal depending on the circumstances. You had your free chance to not rdm already today, so you got a warning. This seems pretty fair to me - not everyone is going to give you multiple verbals, and generally it is encouraged to warn for repeat offenses after a verbal. Education over punishment is our #1 motto, but there is such thing as being too lenient. 
 
I will of course give you a chance and hear you out as to why your warn should be reduced, but as it goes you rdm'd and got warned after a verbal, that is valid. Not to mention you're accusing dunker here of bias for...following protocol. Unless you have something showing that tuckle was perfectly ok with getting killed by you- or that you had a valid reason to kill tuckle within rp, I will be -1 for warn removal

Based on Dunker's reply and logs provided I can't see a reason for the Warn Removal. If Tuckles was okay with you RDM'ing them, they would not have made that ticket nor taken the sit seriously. Everyone makes mistakes and I have taken plenty of sits with you and from my perspective you are a decent player. That being said almost all of my sits have been you getting RDM'd and based on that I feel like you should know how we handle those situations and also why it is never a good idea to RDM people. Until you can provide evidence that Dunker was in-fact bias towards you, I am a -1 for warn removal.

You kept coming up to me and killing me, saying "no women allowed". Multiple times btw so I gave you grace.

Your reasoning is either a troll or you didn't read the rules. (Or a language barrier since you were saying you were Brazilian (and hitting on me in jail cells for some reason))
Just because you say it's RP doesn't mean you're not breaking the rules.

For example: If I kept rdming you for funnies and saying it was "RP" I'd still be breaking the rules.

 

Why you took the time to make an account and appeal is beyond me when it was clear multiple rdms.

hello after looking at what other staff have said and the logs that was provided and what lexibird has said i don't feel like this warn should be removed i get it right we all love a little bit of trolling but sometimes we go too far and make dumb mistakes and that's fine I would rather u take this warn and say sorry to the trolling as it wasn't cool we all enjoy soft trolling but yelling at a person and saying no woman allowed is a little much -1 for warn remove

You also have a recent verbal for RDM so since you RDM'd again you would receive a warn then, and this warn appears to be fair based on the posts above and evidence given. In the future please be mindful of who you kill in game for goofs since some people may report you and you may be taken to a sit.
