Why were you banned or warned?

I went into the support section of the forums where the description is to "Get help from other players and staff fast." I told Sae that they were not Hex so this won't be resolved.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Since im another player I was notifying Sae that since they are not Hex that their post will not be addressed. Other players are allowed to comment on those posts because they are not involving server punishments. This is a reoccurring theme because this also happened with snake eyes because some evil person did admin cleanup he lost all his entities. Since he also wasn't Hex (Rubik's son) he was not compensated for admin abuse. I should be unwarned because I was helping Sae by stating a fact that may help them reconsider their support post.

In all realness how is posting "You are not hex" on a support thread forums trashing for 2 warning points. Can I have a reduction to 1 warning point if we were actually following staff guidelines?
