Ego's cheating ban 2nd appeal

Actually this flag technecially IS VALID! [Not that it means he's Cheating, but it's a true Flag, meaning it should be investigated, like all TYPE2 Flags] 
Basically what it did was see that Ego was shooting outside normal range [E.g imagine a Navy Seal shooting forward and his bullets are curving and doming some terrorist thirty feet to his far left]
And it did for X amount of ticks so It was like 'Erm, this guy, he's a bad guy.'
From my experience [Consulting my friends and brothers who were heavy cheaters in games like Rust and Halo n shit] It could be possible the Anticheat tripped due to lag.

Upon further testing, i physically can't replicate it, My best guess? Ego's internet is shit, No offense to him, but a shit internet, fucking with garrys mod a little tooo much, and his computer having a fucking anyerusm made quado shit its pants.

Your past Appeal was kind of dogpiled by people who didn't like you for being good at the game, I've been raided by you a bit, and I'd say you're not a cheater, It felt fair, like I was challenging a good player, not a cheater, You'd rarely hit impossible shots, which can be gummed up to luck or pure skill [this fucker domed me through smoke and my dupe the milisecond i peaked]
All jokes aside, I can't replicate your lag, my internet can't be shit no matter how hard I tried, and that's the leading factor 
However like all people, I believe you deserve a second chance at this.
I was given one, I believe you weren't cheating,

Heya! I'm here to put up more facts on why Ego's ban is false, not only that the anticheat flagged type 1 aimbot when clearly it mentions yaw (spinbot), it also mentions the fact that nobody was near him! Why is this so important? First of all gmod cheats work a bit different than cs2. In gmod you cannot wallbang (to shoot people throught walls) it's literally useless for a cheat to be able to aimbot people when their literally out of range+not visible (not behind a prop or a world prop). Now the fact that it mentions yaw out of place. Every general aimbot on gmod tracks someone. IT DOES NOT shoot people when you're not looking at them, that's something different and it's called rage aimbot. Rage aimbot does NOT track, it identifies someone and shoots them regardless where they are, but even then they snap to the player to shoot. So what could the yaw mean? Spinbot, and why I don't believe for ego to be spinbotting? First of all any cheaters wouldn't be turning on features randomly, especially spinbot which is the most obvious feature ever to turn on. Second of all the anticheat is flawless in being shit. Not only you can trigger it by using a random ass command (which for some reason its a thing???) but it has been proven for you to be able to trigger anticheat notifications BEFORE, for an example some guy which I won't mention was flagged for cheating for being able to jump when he was cuffed. 

I want to mention the fact that ego has alot of clips of him playing gmod especially TITSRP, cheaters wouldn't take their time to play without cheats just for some clips (mentioning the fact he has like 100+) so for me it's a MASSIVE MASSIVE +1 for unban

Hello Ego. I will admit the last ban appeal while me and many others vote I realize now we were misinformed and were not given the full information. I personally thought the anticheat has never been wrong before and was told that and believed it but I now realize that was a mistake. It can absolutely make mistakes and you have never really struck me as someone who would cheat.  However you should definitely stop with the cheating jokes. +1 for an unban.

I do want to add something quickly for everyone to see. The main issue with Ego's ban that I have is that the evidence to say he was cheating is just not concrete enough for me to say for certain that he was. Now im not saying that Ego is innocent I just don't think there is enough evidence to say Ego was guilty.

from what I remember you seemed pretty chill to play with, not really someone who would cheat for anything. If there's a shadow of a doubt the anticheat was wrong, a ban for what COULD very well be a false positive seems flatout unfair. With no real evidence to back it up, I'm +1 for an unban

Ive said this before in Titsrp gen chat and thought I should move it here as some were curious about what happened with me in the previous post. I in fact did trigger the same 'TYPE 1' protocol as I was informed by a staff when I reconnected after a crash. From my experience, it does seem to be some issue with connection/response to the AC software aswell because all I had open was Crosshair X, a well known crosshair program which to my current knowledge is not against rules and also not detectable by any sort of AC as it's just an overlay, like discord overlay etc etc (if it's against the rules, pls inform soo I don't use it again).
 

But from what happened to me, I recall being in the rdm zone and triggered it somehow when my client stuttered then crashed whether it was the same way Ego did or not... I do not know. But still changed my view of 100% accurate considering I triggered it and only had a crosshair software open. Then, I reconnected to see a msg saying I somehow I triggered the protocol from some smod or admin.

 

I have been playing the server since 2021 or 2022, since my appeal to be unbanned which was accepted and never cheated once on this game. Also, you can survey any former veteran raider/player and they probably will all tell you there is no chance I was cheating LOL. I'm terrible. Ps, this does not mean he wasn't cheating(I myself don’t think he was)... but it makes me wonder if myself or others will face the same consequences after playing the server for years. As requested from some players knowing I triggered the protocol, and much love to the community.

I normally use nvidia replay and sometimes it randomly turns off after updates, which if you don’t have another recording software up you’re screwed lol. I totally understand not having proof because of that alone, happens when I get a sick clip… oh nvm it’s not recording anymore…

My problem with this whole situation is that you do not provide a clip that actually proves that the detection was false (via when the trigger happened). It also does not that as what Tene said in your original appeal, your stories did not line up when you appealed compared to the time you got banned. You're a homie but you did mess up on this one.

My thoughts on this topic are still the same as the 1st appeal you made - I dont think you cheated, but the system flagged you for a reason. I trust the system. Its only failed 2/3 times in the past 9 years since this server has been running, I try not to get personal opinion get in the way of facts. You got flagged for cheating and got banned and theres basically NO evidence to suggest anything about ur innocence. Like i said, i dont THINK you cheated, but Nobody has been able to replicate the flag, nobody has any evidence to provide other then personal opinion. 

My vote remains the same

 

+1 For unban ONLY IF the scenario causing the ban can be legitimately replicated

-1 for unban if theres no proof of innocence

hello ego i would be a plus on for your unban i have spoken to a few people and this type 1 can happen i am saying this now the cheating jokes etc need to stop it gives you a awful look 

 

i would also love to see if someone can try to make the type one happen i know a few have tried other then that as of right now i am +1
