I was false warned for FailRP by Yung PussyBanger

Ok my issue is that all that happened was a simple question was asked in staff chat. "guy raided pd when he had props up from when he was mayor" to be precise. That is all that was asked, and all I said was

No context was given it was just a general question asked - I answered that it would be failrp,

Being as it was a general question and yung gave no further context it seemed to just be that - a simple question. No one was given any context past that in this situation. 

I do not condone how yung spoke to you in the sit, and on this post - I do think we should be a little more professional than that. The occasional light comment like saying someone was being a dumbass isn't really a problem, but it feels like there was not a neutral environment in this situation. The way yung is talking to you is pretty negative.

I agree with this - this does not sound like he did so to intentionally be able to have access to things like codes or anything - and ive forgotten my dupe as well - and yes it took a sit popping up about it for me to remember it and delete it.  This was left at a note only staff can see - so its not really an issue - but I will say this does not seem intentional. My question to @Yung PussyBangeris how did sandwich man talk in the sit that might warrant such a negative response from a staff member? I know he can be pretty vocal and pissy. While it wouldn't excuse it, it would help give some context to why you MIGHT have responded the way you did.

The context of the situation was him raiding pd while his mayor dupe was still active. People in the mayors office couldnt defend the raid, nor leave the room due to the props being in the way (and obviously a keypad). The guy reporting him showed me a clip, that showed your dupe was up during the raid, in which they told you in chat, but I guess you werent paying attention. I stated that i was going to give them a verbal since they havent had any issues with failrp for a few months and when I was explaining the verbal/situation they kept talking over me, so I let him speak, then legit forgot what I was going to say before. When i said what I was going to do, Sandwich man immediately got defensive, rightfully so. I told him to go to the forums about the verbal, in which they kept insisting they would do, so when it got to a point of constant bickering about where it was in the rules, etc thats when i told them to go cry about it.

Thank you for posting that clip - which proves my point.

Can you explain why the video shows a CP unlocking the door, locking the door, and walking right past/through the props? It is very clear from the video you provided that no one was unable to come or go based on my build. 

 

You can also see in the video, the player who submitted the video and made the report is not even a cop, hes a hacker. Not a single CP was involved in my very short raid or made a ticket about my props.

 

After seeing the video, it is very clear that Yung PussyBanger not only made a mistake, not only was extremely rude during the whole process for no reason, but also was given CLEAR evidence that my props in PD did not hinder RP.

In the clip you can see props are destroyed therefore was not interfering with anyone not being able to get through. Which would also probaly be why no reports where made for so long because it didn't cause any problems. Thus also proving more that it seems like a genuine accident since it was so long ago like Sandwich said. 

 

This note for failrp will be removed. For the future Yung please try to have a better attitude in sits. I know some people can be annoying but we wanna be nice to everyone and welcome players of the community. I know it's frustrating sometimes and that's okay.
