Failrp| raiding pd while props are still active! Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I did not know that I had props in PD when I adverted to raid PD. In the 50+ times I have made a ticket for props being in PD, no one has ever gotten a failrp warn. The fact the I advert raid (which ended because I was RDMed 5 second after I started it [Yung PussyBanger banned the guy for MRDM including my RDM during my raid]) is irelevent because my props played zero part in the raid. I didn't even make it to second floor of PD. I said that it was a mistake and if asked I would have gladly deleted the props, but Yung PussyBanger told me that an Smod said it was failrp so I needed to "cry on the forums about it" if I didn't like the verbal warn. Just a quick edit: Yung PussyBanger also said in the sit "This kinda feels like FailRP" which i asked where in the rule it said it was failrp, which he refused to answer. We have rules for a reason, and while there can be new situations that skirt the edges of the rules, it is not the job of staff to just make shit up on the fly. Who warned/banned you? I wanted to get a second opinion from staff in which I was told it was FailRP. It's not my fault you forgot to take down your props. I love how its always "in all my days" but when you get in trouble for it, all of a sudden "thats not in the rules" "who told you that". Get a grip, its a verbal. The props were still in PD prob 30-40min after I died as Mayor cause I just forgot about them tbh. No one made any sits or asked me to remove them until the ticket when Yung PussyBanger false warned me. Unlike you, I take the rules of this server very seriously. Saying "get a grip" and "go cry on the forums" I think is unbecoming of a staff member of this server. Along with saying "here you are" going off on the crying thing. As a staff member that is very disrespectful in my opinion. I would never say that to someone in a sit who didn't agree with my punishment. To me that's really rude and unprofessional. I don't know if you guys have beef or something but yeah. Besides that, I understand the verbal but at the same time I don't. To Me people leave their dupes when they were mayor 99 percent of the time (atleast as I've seen) it's an accident. I see no gain to why someone would purposefully leave it there. I also see a lot of the time when a cop goes afk and becomes a citizen etc, the pd won't report the dupe because they use it and have no issue with it. Depending on keypads and that. If Sandwich Man left the dupe there and it was 30 to 40 minutes (from dying as mayor) like he said I can easily see how he forgot. People do this all the time. Especially if he raided and didn't even get to the second floor to "take advantage" of the dupe he left there. Atleast for me personally whenever someone leaves a dupe there, I just remove it because I'll remember their name from a while ago so I think to myself they forgot. That is when someone makes a sit for it. Like I've also said I don't see any gain in leaving the dupe there personally and if no one reported it for that long they were probably using it until someone didn't like it or found out it doesn't go there. If I dealt with this sit I wouldn't even give him a verbal. I understand that he raided but it was so long ago. I would see this as an accident. I'm more than happy to remove the note. Because I also think there's some beef or something with you telling him to cry on forums. With the circumstances of him having that dupe there so long ago and no one made a sit about it until then. However I understand it's just a note.
