FDA Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? didnt FDA lol Who warned/banned you? Kkstoner How long were you warned or banned for? 1 day A bounty hunter was hunting me and shot at me and messed me up pretty good. I told my base member to go out and kill them. KKstoner accused me of FDA and then told me to appeal on forums and then banned me for 1 day. I wasnt even the one that killed him and i never once FDAed. Staff are just ban happy towards players they dont like. He literally said in the sit that he had a clip of my FDA. Funny thing is my clip literally SHOWS my party member hitting the button and killing the guy. KKstoner didnt even let me explain my side or let me show proof and went straight to a 1 day ban. I have no prior record of FDA either. Guy needs demoted. If i didnt have this clip it would have been his word against mine. Note, the green prop on the wall denotes a closed fading door, a red prop denotes an open fading door. Community Removal Posted August 30, 2024 Share Posted August 30, 2024 In my clip i shot before you even got behind the button and it hit your fading door, you can see in your clip that i shot the door before you flicked your mouse at the button to close your fading door. I wouldnt of made such a dire mistake to bring you to sitland if i didnt notice that key detail in the clip -1 "If a player is caught using key binds to open and close doors to avoid RP scenarios, this is a verbal warning for new players then warn or up to a one day ban." Your clip doesnt have the lever moving so i guess i could understand how this would look from your perspective. The issue is you gave me 0 chance to argue my side before banning me. I didnt and never FDA. At 0:07 you see me attempt to press e on the button it missed (the green prop didnt appear) i then immediately look even farther towards the button and finally get it to toggle. As denoted by the green prop appearing. I see how it looks from your end but you gave me no chance to defend myself and banned me within 30 seconds of pulling me into the sit. I get what kkstoner saw in the moment, but ill be +1 on the ban removal. Although it doesnt take a genius to figure out where you can entire inside of the base, itd be recommended to make a more visible door, that better indicates the door being closed. The argument i make is this as people always have something to say about this base, this is absolutely no different than using one way materials like every other base uses. Lets assume i had a one way no collide fence you could not see through and my fading door was on the other side. You would still not be able to tell when the door has been toggled. The way i do it actually gives a raider an advantage compared to not being able to see through at all. I believe the path into my base is very obvious with poles denoting the edges of the fading door as well as a visible keypad. Regardless, i have limited time to play on this server i keep getting falsely banned from. Work and such. The lever means nothing, its client side half the time anyway. You refused to hear me out in the sit and didnt even allow me to show my own proof, you were deadset on your decision even though i told you i didn't Fading door abuse. Guilty until proven innocent i guess. My advice is to get rubik to add fading door logs so this doesn't happen again. Id like an apology. You banned me 31 seconds after your first message in the sit.
