You were just bashing terrry in ooc game chat for denying your original appeal even tho you advertised it. And to beat you still have posted no evidence whatsoever. 
 

-1 , you can wait 4 months to get respected tag in game as far as i know as long as you have blue vip you still get the same xp benefits that come with getting 100 in game rep. If you provide any evidence here it could maybe let you get it sooner, and this is a perfect example of with votebans/votekicks is to press that yes button on export server logs popup that happens when any votekick/voteban you start goes through... A big reason that exists is bc when appeals/reports like this happen itll help your argument significantly if you are actually in the right.

idk how im supposed to provide evidence of me votekicking someone for rdm, when i dont record me playing gmod. It's a voteban go back in logs or some shit, it was an hour ban for a literal votekick. All he had to do was rejoin the game. Do yall ban people for votekicking 1 person 1 single time? From what I understand the rules say you warn people about that if anything, not ban.

to add: stoner when you votekick someone, there is no option to export logs, only when you voteban.

Kez seems to have a history of false votekicking, as aided by my post here; 

 

Of course I do not know if this particular instance was false but it has happened before. Kez also doesn't keep any sort of proof that the votekicks were justified. I wholly agree there should be an option to save logs for votekicking, but since there isn't it is up to the votekick-er to save evidence themselves through screenshots or other methods.

we were in a sit later where it was agreed upon that you failrp, rdm, and nlr'd during that and so did whoever else i votekicked.

its your job to have the logs not us.. This will be denied since you have 0 evidence.
