I was banned by Rumham for NLR | RDM | Player Toxicity

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Rumham is a new trial mod and was mistaken and thought I had placed a C4 to raid someone when it was someone else who placed it, he also accused me of targeting on gandalf when I had damaged many different people in a short time, but he instead chose to focus on the times I damaged an individual I was previously warned about. These are easily verifiable facts through logs but he chose to jump the gun and ban me anyways.
When I realized this guy was insane in the head I called for another staff member in admin chat for a second opinion, but he claimed and denied the sit immediately and just banned me. It was a clear example of bias and preconceived notions, if my opinion is allowed I don't think this behavior has any place on the staff team. Imagine how many other people he's falsely banned by just assuming.

I was involved as I was the player who placed the C4 that got smerexy banned. 

smerexy did not tell me to place the c4, as rumham said he did, instead I decided to do so on my own accord. 

i was watching the sit in discord as smerexy was streaming it and rumham was very bad in the sit.

he brought smerexy and basically said "I've been watching you, you're getting banned, take it up on the forums"

should not be allowed on the staff team, or at the very least needs to be retrained

Smer was first given a warning in an RDM sit for trevontavious (STEAM_0:1:815601633) - which was pretty generous in my opinion considering he and Sticks ghosted Trevons base multiple times back-to-back with C4 along with the RDM's and NLR's. (Trevon also had a build sign up at the start of all of this)

I was also in the same room as trevon talking to him about the issue when Smer came in with an SBC cannon and killed him again.
He was being very disrespectful and demanding in the sit, instantly telling me I don't know what I'm doing and to return him (along with calling me  a retard). Afterwords, he went straight back to Trevons base as gandalf to damage him while his friend Sticks laid out more C4.

My punishments are never biased, I don't know any of the players involved and witnessed enough to come to an honest conclusion. He got off easy and had a more than fair warning.

Would like to see damage and death logs more completely. But assuming things went down as described and you both were returning multiple times to blow up someones base while they were building and then got warned and came back to do it again personally think 1 day is light when you add in the toxicity.

 

then you change your name before you go back and screw with him more just makes the intent look worse. Shows you know your not supposed to be doing it but still want to try and cover your ass in the process.

Your friend admits to placing the c4 above but is trying to absolve your responsibility while your attacking him. so your both doing the exact same things you were doing but its supposed to be different because your not telling him to? and from what im gathering here your justifying it by saying you were damaging other people. Were you doing that with the gun you killed the guy with or the gandalf swep that you still didnt use on the targeted player above and killed with a gun. So its either you trolling with bleed swep and swapping to kill trevontavious. Or your just massing with a gun both scenarios dont look great.

I was punished for the first set of offenses with a warn, after you punished me for the first set of offenses sticks blew up his base (for the first time). You brought me to a sit for a c4 HE exploded and banned me for his doings. At no point did you even verify the C4 went off by me, because if you did you would realize it was HIM who planted it and not ME, and he was not even connected to the server or he was loading in at the time you issued me the first warn.

Regardless of what happened before the warn, you punished me for it how you saw fit, but then banned me afterwards for what sticks did to him???

Actually, I did check the logs and saw all the C4's from Stix. I know you didn't place them. You just admitted to doing it yourself at first, and it was very clear you were talking and working together. He admitted that you were streaming with him. Unfortunately the C4 logs disappeared with the disconnect, so they can't be provided.

You seem to be focused on this whole "you banned me for Stix's C4" and that's not the case. It's everything you were doing and repeating even after the warn. You were targeting him, RDM'ing, NLR'ing, destructing his base over and over.

Bottom line is you know what you were doing, and continued to do it after the warn. That calls for more than just another warn of which you had just ignored. Insulting me for all of this and trying to make me out as biased/dishonest/abusing, is quite the doozy. I'll let the upper mods handle it from here unless I'm called for.

more dishonesty from you, i was online for a grand total of 5 minutes and placed a single c4, why are you making up lies that I placed multiple C4 under the guise of the logs “disappearing after the disconnect”

 

please refrain from being dishonest on ban appeals
