Where is the evidence to prove the failrp warns are not valid? Now for the nlr warn it is a valid warn. It says directly in the motd that spectating a raid is nlr and not to do it. It has said this for awhile the rule is not new. -1 for any removal of the warns. Would maybe change my vote about the failrp warns if evidence was provided.

every mod i have ever talked to said that failrp is not a warnable reason and that i should make an appeal because they are only verbal warns not !warn

FailRP should be accompanied by a player note if the warning has no other information.

Could you provide what specifically failrp you were warned for in each instance?

i either have no access to that, or there are no notes on any of my warns

FailRP is definitely warnable/bannable and as Jewann said, it should be paired with some description in your player notes of what exactly the FailRP was. We have moved to be more lenient towards FailRP as of recent.

NLR has changed a little bit with the raid zones but one thing that hasn’t changed recently is the rule saying you cannot return to the street of a raid.

You should look at this from the perspective of a raider. Common raiders get killed from NLR all the time when there are people that don’t know the rules and completely mess up their raid. While your intention might’ve just been to return and spectate, the raider can easily think you were returning to kill them.

-1 for warn removals

One thing I would also like to point out is your attitude towards the moderator. I was in admin chat speaking with this fellow mod and saw your absolute meltdown in OOC. The things you said to and about this moderator for doing exactly what they are supposed to wasn’t cool and I think you need to rethink how you handle these situations in the future.

So about the failrp warnings, were they recent? And if so, do you happen to remember who had handled the sit for it?

Without proper evidence or context from another staff member, it's probably gonna stick...

The NLR warn was justifiable, this situation is directly stated in the motd.

-1 NLR Warn removal (Possible reduction to a verbal due to not seemingly knowing this is a warnable offense or a rule)

Smelly summed up everything I would have/could have said for this report beautifully. I do have to agree with the reasoning he stating and I will also be -1 on removal of the warns. For the Failrp warns I will also say without evidence we cannot just remove them and we definitely can warn for failrp

If it was me personally I would've given a verbal probably, but like he said its his choice and just depends on the circumstances and with the bad talking staff I would give a warn as well. You've played for a minute and had an opportunity to read the nlr rules section. -1 for a warn removal unless evidence is shown for the fail-rp warn.
