Let's say I'm the Abomination and I see a boom box entity on the street. If I punch it will I get banned? I'm assuming no, so where is the line between that and an exposed meth machine next to the fountain?

 

I guess what I'm trying to say is, I didn't break into anything, I was in a public space. I don't think it's possible to "raid" a public space.

 

The question: The Abomination has a 20 minute cool down. It doesn't seem to tick down if you change jobs from the Abomination. So what are you supposed to do for 20 minutes? Can you provide some examples of "havoc" that wouldn't be rule violations?

 

I'm trying to make it clear how incredibly difficult it feels to play within your rules. I don't feel like I'm being unreasonable.

When you become abomination and do !rampage, if its still on cooldown you change jobs you don't say welp I'm going to still destroy stuff, the causing havoc part only relates to doing the rampage and killing ppl while on rampage, after that you change to a diff job, everyone else on the server understands this, theres a few jobs with cooldowns,

 

and a boombox and a meth machine are 2 diff things, exposed or not you should know not to destroy entities as a class that cannot do it, you also don't have to break into anything for it to be a "raid" destroying somebody's things is a raid,

Hey, some of the details of this warn are foggy however I do remember taking a sit on you about randomly arresting another player. 

 

I took the sit but you had left a minute or two before the sit was made. That's all I remember lmfao, I exported the logs for it however when I went to check I saw that I only had logs from today which is odd considering I always export logs after a ban. Honestly, I'm cool with the warn being removed on account that I don't remember shit, and Medal refuses to work with me.

Okay so someone made a sit on you because you had arrested them in the street for no reason. I checked the logs to look for a fine or if you had wanted them for a specific reason but it was just the generic autowant reason. A couple of minutes before this I heard you say that you were arresting people for bounties except you weren't fining them, instead you were just straight sending them to jail which I'm pretty sure isn't how bounties work unless that was changed. So after piecing those two events together, I believed you had arrested and jailed him because he had a bounty. Again, I believe this was a couple of days ago, so I don't remember it entirely, but I think that was my logic behind the warn.

 

(I'm still cool with removing the warn btw, It wasn't that serious of an offense if it was one to begin with and could have easily been corrected with a quick clarification)

Oh, I appreciate you being chill. If I wasn't even there for the sit then that definitely wasn't the warning I was trying to appeal. My bad. I don't remember the circumstances you describe. Interesting.

 

 

@Bogus_binted@Yung PussyBangerdo either of you remember the circumstance I describe in the initial post of the thread relating to NLR and RDA? It's associated with one of my warnings and I'd like to appeal. I just don't remember which one because the warnings are not very descriptive.

I really don't know that. There's nothing in your rules that says this.

 

This is part of my frustration. Most of the encounters with staff (not everyone, but majority) have been very cold. Arbitrary, boom, punishment. You have a very complicated server with what feels like 100s of rules. And different staff members have different interpretations of your rules.

 

I don't feel like I deserve something on my record. I'm posting here in good faith, trying to learn, and I still don't know which specific rule (I've checked !motd/rules) I've violated.

most things are very cut and dry, and very transparent every single job says can raid or cannot raid also some things might not be deserving but ive also gigamuted you for saying the F slur in anon chat, and after i gigamuted you, you kept making sits with the same word in it

If you have logs, vods, or etc to help your cases I'd only be open to removing the warns/bans staff have already commented on.

I’ll comment further when each staff member has replied to the specific situations.

 

I will say that it’s interesting that you are calling all of these warns/bans invalid which I’m not sure about.

 

I would also like to get on record in case another appeal pops up, you were banned yesterday for mass rdm after coming off another mass rdm ban. You ran a bomb into a crowd of people doing a maxwell, causing 2 reports and tried using every excuse in the book of why it was allowed and then proceeded to “leave your computer” and not discuss it further.

I will go ahead and reach out to the other staff members that gave you the warning and get their side, but so far we have the mrdm ban from me and the rda warn from boolin. All the other warns that have been brought up are valid in my eyes and was staff discretion for the punishments.
