You lacked the foresight to look into it a tad bit more than you did, and you got punished for it. You broke a server rule and ignorance is not a valid defense. The issue here is that you are defaming someones character by calling them a pedophile with zero proof. We do not tolerate those comments on this server and you are extremely lucky to be let off with a warn in my opinion. Rest assured, if any player is caught actually saying vile things regarding this topic, they will be perma banned. Because of these reasons, I am a -1 for this appeal. I didn't and still don't see any reason as to why you would bring that up in OOC. As you can tell from Ironfish's reply above, we don't allow those types of comments and accusations here. Either way though, we tend to stay away from that topic. Even if it’s true, just bring it up with staff, there’s no reason to publicly call somebody a pedophile when you can literally just talk to us. True or not, just avoid that topic in the future please, and let us handle that sort of stuff if you see it. There is no question of justification, you did something you shouldn’t have. At worst this is a lesson learned with no ban necessary. [-1] for removal of warn.
