Since you want to hear it more bluntly, I’m not missing the point at all, and you’re trying to put up something that guilts people over *your* disinterest in the server, which is honestly pretty lame. More than that though you went about it in the most ineffective way, hence why so many people are just asking you if you’re gonna get to the point if you even have one. Believe me I meant nothing I said in an insulting way, and again, I think you’re a really cool dude, I just think this is a senseless post. The players absolutely make up the server, everyone calls it a “community” because it is one. All the regulars know one another here, and we mostly get on for one another. Still though the server won’t die without you, and it’s just not as deep as you make it out to be. Also, if you hate staff, that’s cool, but I don’t care lol. I’m staff because I want to make a contribution, and policing peoples fun is not what we do at all, truly. On the contrary to what you apparently believe, TitsRP is one of the very few DarkRP servers that are just about having fun, and not micromanaging everything. It’s literally half the reason I stick around, and believe it or not, I mostly just play the game as intended, as do most staff, because again, we don’t care to police everyone’s fun, that’d be stupid. You make a lot of assumptions for someone who claims to be involved on this server, and I hate to burst your bubble here but nothing here is that deep. Remember, I play the game to have fun. You don’t play the game because you’re ragequitting over a ban for talking about fucking little kids, among other things.

I don’t see how your dwindling interest in the server makes any case for your ban being unjustified. You really just shouldn’t have said the things you said, and that has nothing to do with your playtime or contribution to the community. Nobody is forcing you to play here, in-fact, it’s probably better off that you get outside rather than spending the equivalent of a full time job shut in playing Garry’s Mod. I think you’re a cool guy, but this post just makes no sense.

Most community removals I’ve seen/heard of have been due to sexually criminal actions. Those two are not a good mix, and it’s a sensitive topic, sensitive enough in my opinion to not want to gossip about it with an entire game server. I think without a doubt that there should be more transparency, and should statements be asked for about a community removal, an agreed upon statement with details on what happened should be in the very least given to those who ask. I spent super long trying to figure out why my old friend got community removed, and it was incredibly annoying and disheartening being told “We know, and we won’t tell you. Join the staff team lol.” I would much prefer an open dialogue about things, especially when it comes to longtime members. Outside of that though, I understand why only smods Get free rein over comm removal reasonings. Simply put, the staff team is large and diverse, and as much as I trust them and like them, there’s nothing from stopping things from becoming widespread drama that exists to a capacity that gets in the way of things on a higher more internal level such as server management and development. The last thing I want is for this gossip to repeat itself in staff chats as well. On top of this there is already major backlash when people are told the reasonings. Everyone has different beliefs/morals, and we can’t control that. The only thing we can control is how much drama one statement can cause. I am fully against letting everyone run their mouths on what happened. I’ve been tiptoeing around it but the truth is that there are too many people to keep a lid on the kind of drama that would start, and I’ve seen rampant lies create some pretty nasty beef on this server. I feel this is no different. This being said, though, I think that if asked, people deserve to know, and a statement should be made in a more official capacity. At the end of the day we’re talking about a game server, and we’re talking about people being banned from a game server. There’s no huge reason to keep secrets, just reasons to want to stay away from creating unnecessary drama. Y’all deserve transparency, the mod team does too. I just think it needs to be done right, and needs to be received in a mature way that does not create unnecessary drama or feed into any kind of harassment.

I had a purple rarity Lewd Sniper with 12s damage nullify phase through the floor today. When I made a ticket/asked staff if they could noclip and retrieve it, they shot back with "Ask in OOC, you shouldn't ask us!" Non-staff can't noclip, so it's obviously fucking useless, but I did it anyways, and sure enough, a mod responded with "Staff can noclip" but didn't help me even when I made another ticket.
