Toxicity Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I come on tits rp to have fun like every other player. I love Gmod and the crazyness of it. Sometimes I can go overboard. I understand servers have to have rules and policies. I play 30-40 hours every 2 weeks on this server and this server only, so I hope its obvious this is something I really care about. I even play at work when on the weekends to make it enjoyable. I was banned this time because I put up a text screen that said 'rape kids' on top of someone else's text screen that said 'trannies welcome' . It was up for a few seconds, I saw zucc looking right at it and realized it might be over the line so I removed it immediately. I left the server for the night and this morning see that I am banned for a month. I want to apologize to Zucc and the server, and I want to say it wont happen again, nor anything related to trans. I've been playing on tits rp for a long time and I really have gotten better at following the rules. Please let this slip up be forgotten. You know I love playing and creating a fun atmosphere for other players, and thats all I want to keep doing. Who warned/banned you? Another ban from Apr 2023 for NSFW in theatre that saw you get banned until may 6. After all this, you still went and did this? ... toosii Posted June 25, 2023 Share Posted June 25, 2023 (staff - please don't remove this comment. understand I am no longer staff but I have dealt with these types of situations & also this individual multiple times throughout my time as moderator) Damn Wizard I have played with you a LOT of times and you always were a cool dude. I have dealt with multiple sits involving you but I'm pretty sure I was always able to get the issue resolved with you and the reporting players without punishment being necessary. That being said, a lot of the sits were called on you for doing borderline minge things and kind of skirting the rules using gray areas. Most of the time it is not a very big issue but by now you for sure know the rules.. you know what is allowed, what isn't allowed, and rules you can break without it mattering too much. But something like this is guaranteed to get you in trouble. When it comes to statements like this it isn't something that's taken lightly and honestly you just shouldn't say things like that at all especially when its involving children. Due to how long you have played on the server and the prior (although normally kind of minor) issues you have created the ban is justified & in my opinion should & probably will stick. I'd vote -1 but being as I am not staff anymore my vote isn't really valid and probably wouldn't be considered. Look at the end of the day it's a video game and shocking and obscene humor is very pertinent in the Gmod community. As mods and admins I'm sure you deal with this every day. All I can really say is I meant no harmful intent, and I understand this is not appropriate on tits rp. Another player made an obscene text screen so I did the same. It was up for a few second and I deleted it because I thought hey I've been in trouble a few times for over stepping the line maybe this is one of those times, because I am trying to stay out of trouble. i can accept a ban over this since obviously it upset every single one of you. But I was really hoping for leniency based on how forthcoming I've been. Obviously I love playing on the sever and want to avoid doing anything that will keep me from doing that. We may disagree on sense of humor and I 100% understand tits makes the rules and I have to follow, but really who was harmed from this? Have I not demonstrated I understand I've done wrong?
