I honestly didn't see this being a report deemed necessary at first because I'd think logically they would understand the laws and rules surrounding the RP aspects of the server. Although I'm not saint nor perfect, I felt the need to address this because of how both Paradox City and Acending allowed their position of authority to get to their head and bypass or circumvent the FailRP or RDM by switching up rules to avoid punishment... Better yet, this is after a similar scenario that I had created an Admin ticket for, which neither Paradox City nor Acending ever responded to... Only Coconut Overflow was actually active responding to tickets until he took off for the night...

So what had occurred is that Paradox City was RPing as a Mayor creating rules to recreate "Nazi Germany" as he said in chat, which was no issue at all. Just being a strict mayor... Although my concern began when a player earlier had killed me(PD Commander) and the individual that killed me was a SWAT member, I reported them in hopes of creating a sit because it was FailRP and RDM for there was no logical reason for the player to kill me[PD Commander] inside of the PD.

Nonetheless, my report ticket was never claimed by neither mods on at the time... keep in mind it had been 15 minutes since I created the ticket... So I certainly gave enough time because I understand they want to RP and do their own thing. I tried creating a second ticket, and still no response. So I just moved on and ignored it and continued my RP experience, of course until I once again went into the PD into the second floor and Acending gunned me down as a SWAT and told me I should go outside and being arresting people... This was upsetting because of the lack of response as his role as staff member, but him team killing a CP the same way the other player had done to me earlier, but of course, with Acending and Paradox City being the only two present staff members and basing together, I was told that was allowed and that I am tripping...

I spoke with a different staff member concerning this issue and even explained in detail as to how Paradox City changed up the laws after I got killed to simply cover Acendings behind and make it look as though I was in the wrong from the start..

I will be inserting my screencaptures, images and logs to further show the evidence I have, for I see this as both FailRP and RDM, but also as abuse of power for Acending nor Paradox City saw themselves doing something wrong and then proceeded to change the laws to cover their tracks.

Respectfully, if they had explained in group chat or within the laws about the mayors office being restricted or only certain PD allowed, I would've complied entirely, but the matter of fact is that Acending FailRP/RDMd me, Paradox City then modified the laws to be more specific and Acending and Paradox City both didn't see it as an issue or abuse of power.. This isnt even addressing the issue of them both being T-Mods and not assisting with a single sit or claiming and reports I made after Coconut Overflow had left the server for the night.

I had to make multiple tickets today as well to finally get paradox to change laws as mayor since he had fail laws. He was arguing saying they were not fail at first until I told him repetitively to read over cop rules and cited him the rules. TLDR: He finally fixed it after multiple tickets were called and some arguing over who was right.

And tyz the laws are not different at all, except for clarifying directly that ANYONE past stairs is KoS, it shows in the first screenshot that paradox talked to you and he says the only fail thing he did was a lockdown, and i believe sides of tunnel for jaywalking.

Law 12 was made after the sit and would also not be allowed. PD can not be KOS to cops. That includes making it so that if "they are not wanted in pd" or "unless mayor says". I made about 3 overall and I am pretty sure you hopped on after the first 1-2 were made. Additionally, I know for a fact that I would never allow him to have a law stating that "ANYONE past stairs is kos" if it was added before the ticket. He changed laws 8, 9, and 10 after having sent both me and himself back. Once those were changed, I stopped paying attention to the laws and he added the last 2 later.

So yeah Tyz is right. Also you can't just have select people be good to go. So you could have "pd kos" which allows your cops to be inside and you could also make it so they have to show their baton or be kos. So there's ways to kinda make these laws allowed. 

 

The part that bothers me most here is that you waited for sits to pop up. And was actively not following rules stated for laws.

I spoke with Ty and I fixed my laws for not specifying why they are illegal, The PD was made KOS to anyone past stairs that is not authorized by the mayor. I don't see any rule that says that does not apply to cops aswell. Yes, I did fix it after you died but I made it more specific so we wouldn't get anymore complaints like yours. Yes I am wrong for the Fail Lockdown and I lifted it after Ty explained and I was wrong for the laws not saying why they are illegal. PD wasn't KOS to cops. It was KOS past the stairs without a reason/them verifying with the mayor.

The only way you can make a cop KOS in PD is if there's a law that says "Mayors Office is KOS unless given permission to be there" or a law that says "Police must have their arrest batons out in PD or they are KOS". You guy also have a law that says casino is AOS/5k fine, only cops are allowed there. That ain't allowed. From where I'm looking, you guys had fail laws. Ascending RDM'd someone, Paradox City tried to cover it up by making a law change, and the laws that they changed it to still wouldn't make killing a cop valid. Ascending will warn themselves for RDM and because of previous issues in addition to this, Paradox as been demoted.
