Also, coming on here insulting the staff member who banned you & acting immature like this is a good way to get your appeal denied. You have 3 bans and 5 warns, all within the past 2 weeks so judging by that & your behavior on this appeal it seems like you are a pretty problematic player, and I'd guess that the ban was probably justified. I will wait to see what the banning staff member has to say before I vote on this appeal, but it looks like your ban expires sometime today anyways.
