enticing the server to RDM, the server did indeed go ham with the RDM after the mod adverted this. https://ibb.co/NN8qHzx

I watched this "mod" commit multiple rule breaks on the server. When addressed in PMs about my issues with what they were doing their response was "stay mad ig" 

I have warns for RDM as well as Enticing players to break rules. Yet when a staff is confronted with these allegations, they give a back handed remark as if the rules do not apply to them.

crazy how i adverted party assist before killing the mr bones so people would know it was a party assist. this was after he(party member) had already gotten kidnapped from being near mr bones so it was a party assist

this "attempted rdm" was me going after jay walker the player standing right next to you literally typing to you  the 2nd rock just happened to go to you since i was in the air moving at the time, the first rock would have even hit them if you werent standing in my way. I cant be responsible for you being in the wrong place at the wrong time as well as if i was "attempting" to rdm you do you not think i would have just shot you with the sniper it auto swapped to after i threw the rock? 

Youre also supposed to  try to talk out a single RDM. You didnt at all even try to talk to me about this after it happened or ask about it. You PM'd me later but didnt even bring up this part

 if you could show SS of the logs of "the entire server going ham with rdm" that would be great instead of just a SS of messages and no other proof. besides the only player that was rdming at the time was Yahya but he was doing it way before i had sent that message

plus i am allowed to make a joke and you didnt even make any sits for MRDM so if you were bothered by the MRDM you didnt try to contact staff to resolve it at the time.

i didnt ask any one specific player to break a rule. i didnt offer any money or anything. i didnt use any weird wording to make it seem like it WASNT rdm. if they still chose to do it they would have done it knowing the consequences of R D M

You told me you were going to make a forums post so i was going to just let you do that. if you are PMing me i have no obligation to be nice to you i only have to be unbiased if you are in a sit with me. you could have made the forum post without pming me at all.

IF you got bothered with what i said you could very much have used the Mute function and its not like i was spamming you or making any effort to interact with you beyond this
 

I never said the rules do not apply to me and i would happily take any punishment that another staff member asks of me as long as they have the evidence to support it.

Mr. Bones is not KOS when a kidnapper gets kidnapped because of him - this would include being in a party with someone.

You are allowed to make jokes but you should make it extremely obvious its a joke eg: "Everyone RDM" (I will still punish you) or something - remember as staff people WILL do what you say when you say something like that so you need to be careful in your wording - a lot more so than say willhelm would need to be.

I understand. I had no intention of people actually taking it seriously and i will make sure to be more obvious when i make a joke like this

I would say all of these are relatively small offenses but all together I'd say a warn at most is reasonable

I think the staff member warning himself is appropriate. You need to realize we have a lot of newer staff on our team and some extra patience would be appreciated.

correct me if im wrong but he only hit you from what those logs show. doesn't looks like multiple but could have easily turned into it with that mid air rock throw. tbh you prob saved him from worse punishment for continuing to toss it.

Considering the first instance did not even involve Wilhelm and the Second video appeared to be him just miscalculating his shot....

 

The advert was a joke and I think the rules on Mass RDMing are quite clear and he did not offer anything for people to do it.

 

At most I think he should get a verbal warning for the advert, usually it's never a problem joking but a verbal note would be much more effective then a warn for this report in my opinion. 

 

Teaching over Punishment.
