if a single person reports you for a mrdm, it’s overruled this has been a rule for the past 2 years that ive been in this community i vividly remember Ember being banned for this exact reason, and he wasn’t unbanned, so i took that  into account and punished you accordingly ive said what i’ve had to if you need to message me about any details i’ll be happy to provide.

Embers ban was reduced because of mishandling the sit - if succ had talked with the people ember killed-  he may have only gotten warned or he may have been fully banned - we will never be able to know.

There is a solid 5 or 6 people who sit on a roof top every other night lobbing cannonballs at the whole server, but rethaw gets a ban for killing 1 person that didnt consent? sounds like a very clear bias to me, either unban the guy or start banning everyone who does it lol it happens very frequently.

Every player that uses the sbc cannon to MRDM/Defend themselves has been getting banned recently the SBC cannon is only used to MRDM either when staff are not on or given to new players to MRDM that is the only reason they use the cannon the player knows the risk of shooting it in public everyone knows it has a huge explosion range and can kill players that are not intended to be killed rethaw took that risk when he shot at his friends with other players around even if it killed two of his friends and one random person it is still mass he killed three or more players using the cannon in one life and within one minute therefor he was banned for MRDM. players should not use the sbc cannon knowing they are risking killing unintended targets im -1 for unban they player knew the risk of shooting the cannon and took it.
